Zwei untrennbare Welten“. Grundlage ist eine gleichnamige Tagung, welche im Juni dieses Jahres an der Universität Graz erfolgreich durchgeführt wurde und eine neue Tagungsreihe mit identer Konzipierung ins Leben gerufen hat. Für dieses Buch ist es gelungen, namhafte Jurist*innen und Historiker*innen zu gewinnen. Die Ausführungen der Autor*innenschaft geben ein breit angelegtes, disziplinübergreifendes Spektrum von Betrachtungen zur gegenständlichen Thematik wieder. In Anbetracht der gegebenen, dramatischen Entwicklungen am Europäischen Kontinent kommt diesen eine besondere Relevanz zu.
