Abstract. The church’s mission in a fluid world requires new spaces of service. If the church is not responsive and critical of its reality, it is difficult for the church to be present to answer the needs of the people. One interesting reality is the existence of the diaspora. The extent to which the church's mission reaches the diaspora as a missional space is a challenge. This paper aimed to propose a form of diaspora missional fellowship membership in the ministry of the Toraja Church. The method used was a qualitative method with observation survey technique through two congregations in Tana Toraja and North Toraja and interviews with purposive sampling technique to some specifically determined people. Through this research, it was concluded that pilgrimage churches confront the church with a way of doing church based on the spirit of pilgrimage, which crosses the boundaries of geography, territory and church walls.
Humans and all creatures need rivers as a source of life and prosperity. However, many rivers have been polluted, such as the Sa'dan river. This paper aims to rediscover Christians' vocation in viewing and preserving rivers that focus on God. By using the theory of Theocentrism and To Sangserekan mythology in treating the river as a sangserekan that needs to be guarded and maintained. The author uses a descriptive qualitative method to achieve this goal with the help of field studies and literature. Field studies through open interviews with respondents have been determined according to the needs of the instrument and literature study using the perspective of Theocentrism and To Sangserekan mythology which emphasizes that humans and rivers are both created. The results of the study said that the causes of the pollution of the Sa'dan river were: (1) there was a mistake in understanding the river, which had no connection with the issue of Christian faith; (2) an environmentally unfriendly lifestyle has become a habit that continues to be forced; (3) the lack of sermons on environmental issues, especially rivers. For this reason, a theological response is needed to answer the problem of pollution of the Sa'dan river, namely towards river theology.
A church is then called a church if it carries out a mission. Preaching is part of the mission of the church. Preaching in the context of Christianity is a form of verbal preaching of the gospel. The Protestant Church places preaching at the center of worship. The strategic position of this sermon can be the starting point for a missiological sermon. Even though the sermon is the center of worship and one of the models of preaching the gospel, but whether these sermons have a missiological perspective. The purpose of this study is to describe the basis of the sermon which is called missiological insight. Another goal is that through this descriptive description, the church understands further the mission of the church in preaching the gospel and then becomes an evaluative starting point for present-day church sermons towards missionary-minded sermons towards missionary congregations. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, which relies on efforts to describe and describe the phenomenon of contemporary sermons to be confronted with the reality of the sermons offered, namely sermons with a missiological perspective. This research shows that preaching the gospel through preaching is a means of preaching the gospel and it is part of the church's mission and churches need to develop missiologicalminded preaching for church growth. A sermon with a missiological perspective is a sermon that can direct and move all elements of the congregation to be involved in carrying out God's mission as a result of these sermons in the context of church growth.
