ABSTRACTThis article addresses the evidence of social actions related to the rights of People with Disabilities (PCD), as well as the application of the Quota Law (law 8.213/91 of article 93) of the organizations that make up the Corporate Sustainability Index (ISE), referring to the year of 2017. In this sense, this aimed to describe, through the ISE tool, created by the B3 Stock Exchange, the measures adopted by organizations to promote the employability, valuation, principles and fundamental rights of people with disabilities, in addition to compliance with law 8.213/91, which makes it mandatory to hire these individuals in organizations with 100 or more employees. The methodology consisted of an exploratory and documentary study, with a qualitative approach of the data, using the technique of analysis of data collection in primary sources. In order to achieve the proposed objectives were analyzed the responses obtained from a social dimension questionnaire applied in 2017 and developed by the FGVces team. The questionnaire consists of seven dimensions, which assess different aspects of sustainability, and through the social dimension divided into four criteria (policy, management, performance and legal compliance), it is possible to describe the management practices index and the social performance. According to the results, it is concluded that only 25 of the organizations agree with Law 8,213 / 91. However, 12 of the organizations that are in an irregular situation, regarding the legislation, have presented measures to promote the employability of people with disabilities, as they are in the process of complying with the Term of Adjustment of Conduct (TAC).
