Objetivo: analisar a produção científica no período de 2011 a 2021 referente à atuação da enfermagem diante da violência intrafamiliar contra crianças e adolescentes. Método: trata-se de uma revisão integrativa. Usou-se as bases de dados online: BVS e SciELO. Foram incluídos artigos em Português e Inglês, disponíveis na íntegra, publicados de 2011 a 2021 e que incluíssem a atuação da enfermagem. Foram encontradas 63 publicações que passaram por análise sendo pré-selecionadas 35 publicações para serem lidas na íntegra com o intuito de avaliar criticamente os resultados obtidos. Ao fim 6 publicações foram selecionadas para compor o estudo. Resultados: através de análise é possível observar que as crianças e os adolescentes ainda são indivíduos suscetíveis a serem violentados no meio intrafamiliar. Dessa forma, é imprescindível a consulta de Puericultura e de Hebiatria, realizada por um enfermeiro, para acompanhar o crescimento e desenvolvimento desses indivíduos. Auxiliando a construção de um vínculo com as prováveis vítimas podendo tornar mais fácil a identificação das agressões e consequentemente a notificação. Conclusão: reforça-se a complexidade do assunto em questão e as dificuldades encontradas ao decorrer do caminho, ao se acrescentar ao estudo um modo de amplificar uma estratégia de verificação no qual os profissionais de enfermagem atuam como agentes sociais engajados na mudança do cenário familiar. Sendo urgente a integração multisetorial na atenção básica, além de uma formação adequada aos profissionais de enfermagem, voltada a todo esse contexto que pode envolver a criança vítima de violência e o reconhecimento de seu papel nisso.
Tendo em vista a importância da terapêutica paliativa à integralidade do cuidado e garantia da qualidade de vida (QV) do paciente oncológico, o presente estudo tem como objetivo realizar um levantamento bibliográfico para, assim, averiguar a QV de pacientes oncológicos em Cuidados paliativos (CP). O presente estudo é uma revisão narrativa da literatura. A base de dados selecionada foi a biblioteca virtual Google Acadêmico. Os critérios de inclusão adotados na seleção foram: estudos datados nos últimos 10 anos, nos idiomas Português e Inglês com o texto completo disponível na íntegra para leitura e que estivessem dentro do foco deste estudo. Excluíram-se as publicações sem consonância com o tema ou que não descrevessem o papel do enfermeiro nos CP’s. Inicialmente, foram encontradas 1.130 publicações e, após a aplicação dos critérios de inclusão e exclusão, restaram 42. A partir da leitura dos títulos e resumos, foram resgatados 20 artigos para ser realizada a leitura na íntegra. Após a leitura, 10 artigos foram selecionados para compor essa revisão. A análise dos 10 estudos que compuseram esta revisão revelou preocupações dos profissionais de saúde, ainda bastante ressaltadas, que buscam ferramentas de medidas gerais e específicas para identificar preditores que possam afetar positiva ou negativamente a qualidade de vida relacionada à saúde (QVRS) para pacientes com câncer avançado sem possibilidade de tratamento curativo. Portanto, os cuidados paliativos precisam ser fortalecidos. Esses estudos fornecem evidências de sinais e sintomas que afetam a QVRS desses pacientes com intensidades variadas.
Viu-se a necessidade de explanar o papel da enfermagem no cuidado e a atenção integral voltada para as profissionais do sexo, a fim de se diminuir riscos e malefícios para saúde dessas mulheres, tendo como objetivo descrever sobre a atenção integral voltada para mulheres profissionais do sexo e o papel da enfermagem no cuidado a esta população. Os dados foram colhidos de 13 artigos filtrados na BVS em duas bases de dados: LILACS e a BDENF acerca das mulheres profissionais do sexo. Foram utilizados o NANDA edição 2018-2020 e o NIC 6º Edição para realização dos Diagnósticos de Enfermagem e intervenções. Os resultados obtidos relatam que o perfil sociodemográfico dessa população colabora para o negligenciamento, pois trata-se em grande parte de mulheres negras cisgenero e/ou transsexuais, com baixo nível de escolaridade, integrantes de classe sociais menos abastadas e financeiramente instáveis, além disso, comumente encontram obstáculos por estas no acesso à saúde. Soma-se ainda a questão atual da pandemia causada pelo vírus SARS-CoV-2 que tornou mais difícil a atuação profissional dessas mulheres, agravando ainda mais a situação de vulnerabilidade. A partir dos Diagnósticos do NANDA-I e das intervenções do NIC, é possível guiar um cuidado de enfermagem integral, equânime e eficiente para esse público.É fundamental que a enfermagem desenvolva um olhar holístico, desprendido de preconceitos para desenvolver um cuidado que atenda às necessidades humanas básicas das profissionais do sexo, com a prestação de serviço pautada na ética profissional, aliada ao respeito e responsabilidade para com estas mulheres.
Qualidade de vida é uma noção eminentemente humana e abrange muitos significados que refletem conhecimentos, experiências e valores de indivíduos e coletividades, é tema de pesquisa imprescindível na área da saúde, visto que seus resultados contribuem para aprovar e definir tratamentos e avaliar custo/benefício do cuidado prestado. O presente artigo teve por objetivo: avaliar a qualidade de vida dos enfermeiros que atuam na emergência geral. Para trabalhar o objeto em questão, utilizou-se um estudo transversal de campo com abordagem quantitativa. Realizou-se em um hospital de emergência do Recife -PE. O estudo atendeu as determinações da Declaração de Helsinque e Resolução 196/96 da Comissão Nacional de Ética e Pesquisa em Seres Humanos e só foi iniciada após a aprovação do Comitê de Ética. A população pesquisada constou de 33 enfermeiros da emergência geral do hospital de emergência alvo, no período de junho a julho do ano de 2009. O instrumento utilizado para determinar a qualidade de vida foi o SF-36. A média geral de qualidade de vida foi de 62 %, a maior média foi 90 % e a menor 20 %, o maior domínio foi à capacidade funcional com 76 % e o menor à vitalidade com 53 %. A melhor medida de qualidade de vida não é o quão um serviço é oferecido, mas o quanto os resultados se aproximam dos objetivos fundamentais de prolongar a vida, aliviar a dor, restaurar a junção e prevenir a incapacidade, procurando diminuir o impacto da doença na vida do indivíduo.
Objetivo: Traçar o perfil sociodemográfico e profissional dos sujeitos/enfermeiros (as) da rede de Atenção Primária à Saúde do município de Recife - Pernambuco, considerando a importância desse profissional na assistência à saúde na Atenção Primária. Metodologia: Pesquisa quantitativa descritiva. Trata-se de um recorte da pesquisa de campo da dissertação de mestrado sobre o conhecimento do enfermeiro da atenção primária quanto à sexualidade no climatério. Após aprovação do Comitê de Ética e Pesquisa com Seres Humanos da Universidade de Pernambuco, recebido em 01 de Dezembro de 2014, CAAE: 39337714.1.0000.5207, foi emitida a carta de anuência pela Prefeitura da Cidade do Recife para que a pesquisa pudesse ser iniciada. Resultados: Dos 250 enfermeiros (as) entrevistados, 90,3% são do sexo feminino, 45,3% dos enfermeiros (as) tinham idade entre 30 e 39 anos, 60% desses são casados, 87% tem um ou dois filhos e a maioria são católicos. Quanto ao tempo de formação em enfermagem, a maioria possui mais de 10 anos de formandos, e 72,5% graduou-se em universidade pública e apenas 3,7% não possuem pós-graduação. O tempo de atuação profissional em estratégia da saúde da família da maioria dos enfermeiros (as) é de mais de 10 anos (66,8%). Conclusão: Torna-se imprescindível identificar o perfil desses profissionais, com o intuito de traçar melhorias no desempenho das atividades exercidas, para adotar medidas que aprimorem o atendimento da população assistida.
