A herança kantiana no pensamento de Fichte é tão certa quanto obscura: se não há a menor sombra de dúvida quanto ao fato de que diversos aspectos conceituais da filosofia transcendental estão presentes em seus mais diversos textos; o modo pelo qual o autor da Doutrina-da-ciência se apropria deles é objeto das mais diversas interpretações. Dentre as três Críticas, a literatura costuma – com boas razões – acentuar o papel da primeira delas a partir do intenso debate em torno da “coisa-em-si”; por outro lado, também se reconhece o papel do “primado prático” oriundo da segunda – muito embora, nesse caso, quase como corolário do tema anterior (com, pelo menos uma honrosa exceção, M. Gueroult). No que se segue, defenderei uma hipótese na contracorrente destas duas vias, tentando mostrar que a Crítica do Juízo desempenha um papel absolutamenteestratégico nessa relação subversiva, particularmente, com a chave fornecida pela tópica da reflexão.
O artigo visa ao estabelecimento de um paralelo entre o filósofo Friedrich Nietzsche e o etnólogo Pierre Clastres, em especial a partir da atividade que atribuem à cultura e dos sentidos subversivos de suas propostas com relação aos valores político-culturais ocidentais. Assim, em um primeiro momento, nosso objetivo é abordar algumas questões postas pela obra de Nietzsche, sobretudo a partir de seu conceito de cultura, que acreditamos estar a serviço da compreensão dos fenômenos do ressentimentoe da má consciência. Valemo-nos do eixo interpretativo apontado por Gilles Deleuze em Nietzsche e a filosofia e da obra Genealogia da moral, de Nietzsche. Além disso, abordaremos a noção de “sociedade contra o Estado”, elaborada por Clastres para dar conta da ontologia política dos Guayaki. Nossa intenção é perceber seu potencial de transformar os significados políticos ocidentais, e também em que medida a filosofia nietzscheana se elabora em um sentido “contra o Estado”.
