A produção de cana-de-açúcar e de seus derivados contribui significativamente para o aumento do Produto Interno Bruto do estado de Mato Grosso do Sul (MS). Gestores públicos e executivos do setor necessitam de informações para que suas decisões relacionadas à produção, tributação, entre outras possam ter melhor qualidade. Para isto, as técnicas de predição contribuem neste processo. Diante do exposto, este artigo buscou responder qual a capacidade preditiva das Redes Neurais Artificiais (RNAs) para explicar o Produto Interno Bruto de MS em função da das variáveis independentes, produção de cana-de-açúcar, açúcar e etanol? Assim, o objetivo geral do trabalho é estimar o Produto Interno Bruto de MS relativo a produção de cana-de-açúcar, de açúcar e de etanol utilizando as RNAs. Como objetivos específicos: verificar as correlações entre as variáveis envolvidas na produção de açúcar e etanol a partir da cana-de-açúcar; construir, treinar e validar um modelo de RNAs com estas variáveis; utilizar o modelo construído e validado para realizar previsões. A relevância da pesquisa é a utilização desta importante ferramenta de predição para pode prever o fluxo monetário que será demandado com o incremento da produção da cana-de-açúcar, do açúcar e do etanol, podendo planejar investimentos no sentido de propiciar melhores condições de vida à população, não só nos entornos das usinas, mas no Estado que será beneficiado como um todo. Observando os dados coletados e os objetivos propostos, este trabalho é classificado como exploratório descritivo. A série temporal em análise compreende o intervalo de 2002 a 2015. O software utilizado para construir a RNA foi o SPSS - Statistical Package for the Social Sciences - Pacote Estatístico para as Ciências Sociais. Concluiu-se que o modelo predito de RNA foi capaz de explicar o comportamento do PIB do MS em função das variáveis independentes descritas, além disso, o modelo apresentou valores e observações satisfatórias para sua validação. Por fim, utilizando dados hipotéticos para as variáveis independentes, o modelo predito e validado foi utilizado para realizar uma previsão com significativa segurança.
Esta pesquisa levantou informações sobre os perfis socioeconômicos e culturais dos consumidores de produtos lácteos da cidade de Campo Grande (MS) com o intuito de aprofundar o conhecimento sobre esse mercado, especificamente, no que se refere ao comportamento do consumidor ao fazer suas escolhas por determinada marca de lácteo e oferecer subsídios para o desenvolvimento de estratégias mercadológicas por parte das empresas agroindustriais do setor de lácteos localizadas no Estado de Mato Grosso do Sul. Para isso, foi realizada uma pesquisa de campo de caráter exploratório e descritivo, por meio da aplicação de um formulário estruturado a uma amostra aleatória da população adulta de Campo Grande (MS). Através do formulário foi identificado o perfil, os hábitos de compras, razões de compra e a satisfação dos consumidores. Verificou-se que o maior grupo de consumidores é composto por mulheres casadas que não possuem filhos, com renda de R$ 2.500,00 a R$ 4.000,00. Os produtos lácteos com maior consumo foram o leite UHT, o queijo mussarela e o iogurte, cujos locais preferidos de compra desses produtos eram os supermercados/hipermercados. Os consumidores no momento da compra levavam em consideração o preço e compravam por hábito ou tradição, estando satisfeitos com a variedade de produtos lácteos oferecida em Campo Grande, (MS).
Os principais subprodutos da cana-de-açúcar são o açúcar, o etanol anidro e o etanol hidratado, muito importantes para a economia brasileira. Fazer as previsões anuais de suas produções são interessantes para as tomadas de decisões do governo brasileiro. Desse modo, o objetivo deste trabalho foi usar recursos de autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) em séries temporais, para fazer a previsão da produção de cana-de-açúcar e dos seus subprodutos na macrorregião Centro-Sul brasileira, principal produtora de cana, no período de 2020 a 2025. Utilizou-se para isso séries históricas da produção anual de cana-de-açúcar e de seus subprodutos no período de 1980 a 2020, num total de quatro séries históricas, cada uma delas com quarenta observações. Nessas quatro séries foram aplicados testes estatísticos de correlação de Pearson, de autocorrelação e autocorrelação parcial e difierenciação de primeira ordem visando o bom desempenho de previsões utilizando ARIMA. Foi realizado o teste de previsão no horizonte de seis anos posteriores, de 2021 a 2025, para essas quatro séries. Os resultados podem ser considerados satisfatórios, apesar dos erros médios absolutos em percentual (MAPE) serem relativamente altos para as quatro previsões feitas, em média de 13,6%. Como ainda não existem dados de produções de cana, açúcar, etanol anidro e etanol hidratado já consolidados para o ano de 2021, não foi possível realizar comparações entre as produções reais e as previsões realizadas. A importância deste trabalho está no fornecimento de informações necessárias no planejamento agrícola e nas políticas governamentais para o setor do agronegócio.
Una de las formas de facilitar y optimizar la investigación cualitativa que utiliza grandes cantidades de datos obtenidos en entrevistas y/o cuestionarios es el uso de softwares específicos para este propósito. Este trabajo tuvo como objetivo identificar las publicaciones en las bases de datos Spell y Scielo que utilizaron el estudio de los softwares de análisis de datos cualitativos. Se utilizaron los términos "Nvivo", "MAXQDA", "Atlas.ti" y "Software de análisis de datos cualitativos", donde se encontraron 181 artículos. Se decidió hacer la investigación más genérica posible, haciendo el filtro al examinar los artículos a través de la lectura individual, solo se seleccionaron aquellos que analizan y evalúan el software y no aquellos que los utilizan como herramientas, lo que resultó en 9 artículos . Luego, la fase de sistematización de los resultados comenzó a realizar el análisis, buscando resaltar los elementos que los autores de los artículos publicados abordaron en su investigación de acuerdo con las categorías especificadas para esta investigación. Entre los resultados obtenidos, se destaca que el software ayuda al proceso de análisis de la investigación, sin embargo, se enfatiza el papel insustituible del investigador, con la necesidad de un conocimiento previo del software y su estructura de trabajo. Además, se presentó un resumen de la estructura para el uso del software QDA.
É de suma importância para os gestores de instituições brasileiras de saúde pública utilizarem ferramentas computacionais que propiciem a estimação de seus custos de modo a auxiliá- los nas tomadas de decisões. Essa importância ganha mais relevância quando se trata de instituições de saúde pública brasileira, que precisam manter o gasto mensal dentro do limitado repasse de verbas do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS). Sendo assim, este estudo propõe o uso do modelo híbrido ARIMA-RNA como técnica e método de previsão dos custos totais de internações em instituições públicas no Centro-Oeste brasileiro, comparando-o com os modelos ARIMA e RNA_MLP, tratados separadamente, para a escolha do melhor. Utilizou-se dados pertencentes aos bancos de dados no site do Departamento de Informática do SUS (DATASUS), no período de 2017 a 2021, num total de 60 observações. Utilizou-se o software Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) para as execuções dos modelos ARIMA e RNA_MLP. Como resultado, foi confirmado o desempenho superior do modelo híbrido ARIMA-RNA quando comparado aos métodos ARIMA e RNA_MLP, tratados individualmente, confirmando assim sua aplicabilidade ao objetivo, pois foi o método híbrido que produziu o menor erro, de 2,20%, em detrimento dos modelos ARIMA e RNA_MLP, com erros de 11,05% e 6,55%, respectivamente.
