Cloud Computing is one of the popular techniques in distributed computing due to its ability to minimize the cost of computing when scalability and flexibility of computer process get increased. Cloud Computing provides shared resources and services via internet. Services are delivered through data center. Cloud Computing allows an interesting business proposal for IT industries to provide IT services without any extra investment. Client is able to perform heavy computer processes with low capable device (like mobile) which has resource to run the web browser. But cloud computing is crowded with many security related issues. When client saves his data to the company's cloud, there may be chance of data breaching. So the purpose of this paper is to search out various issues in cloud computing where all computing is done on the server side and both data & tasks are stored on the data centers.
The popularity of Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) has increased tremendously in recent times. It consists of small nodes with sensing, computation, and wireless communication capabilities. It requires efficient approach that makes judicious use of energy constrained wireless sensor networks, thus Probabilistic Density Based Adaptive Clustering (PDBAC) scheme is proposed to improve the network survivability using LEACH (Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy) protocol, which is one of the popular routing protocol for WSNs. MATLAB simulation results show that PDBAC scheme is more energy efficient in terms of dead nodes, throughput and balance energy of nodes. Average efficiency is also greater than Basic LEACH and I-LEACH, thereby extending the network survivability.
Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) is getting famous by its implementation and research exponentially in current time. Sensors can be configured on the basis of condition & when condition matches to the sensor then sensor collects some information. This information is transferred to the base station (BS). The data routing is performed by routing protocols. There are various types of routing protocols which ensures the data delivery. But the reliability is still a constraint for data delivery in WSN. In WSN, Sensor Protocols for Information via Negotiation (SPIN) is a data centric routing protocol which forwards data to neighbor nodes but it does not ensures the reliable data delivery. If one or more nodes in the path of communication get dead then data transmission through those nodes stops and data won't be transferred to the destination. As well as If node does not have interest in data then that node will not transfer data too. So there is a requirement of increasing the reliability of SPIN Protocol. This paper is proposing a Reliable SPIN to increase the data delivery with the inclusion of acknowledgement from the sink to the intermediate nodes and the source node by using selective forwarding. If source node has unacknowledged data packets then it will be forward those data packets again. MATLAB is used as the simulation tool. Results are obtained on the basis of QoS parameters like Packet Delivery Ratio (PDR), Throughput, and Routing Overhead.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
