Abstract:Purpose: The author tried to identify the knowledge sharing behaviors on the internet, using structural equation modeling methods, proposing a model based on social exchange theory in which share willingness, trust, reciprocity, altruism tended to have impact on people's knowledge sharing behaviors in virtual communities.Design/methodology/approach: We presented an empirical research which integrated social exchange theory and structural equation modeling methods to analyze several important factors influencing members' knowledge sharing behaviors in virtual communities. Findings:We analyzed the knowledge sharing behaviors in virtual communities. We found that members' altruism can not predict knowledge sharing behaviors. We also found that members' sharing willingness is the most important factor on virtual community knowledge sharing behaviors compared with trust, reciprocity and altruism.

In this paper, in order to understand the influence of the unbalanced coefficient of composite laminates on the static aeroelasticity of high aspect wings, a series of numerical simulation calculations were carried out, and this work wants to provide some reference for the structural design of aircraft. Considering the influence of geometric nonlinearity, the unidirectional fluid-solid coupling calculation method based on loose coupling is used to control the change of unbalanced coefficient of laminates on the basis of layering angle, layering thickness, and layering region, so as to observe the changes caused to the wings. The relationship between the unbalanced coefficient and the constant thickness layup and the variable thickness layup with 0° and ±45° layup angles was studied, respectively. Then, the layup angle of 90° was added to study the influence of the unbalanced coefficient on the static aeroelasticity of the wing structure with the change of the layup angle and the different choice of layup region. The results show that the deformation is the smallest when the unbalanced coefficient is 0.5, and the deformation trend is evenly distributed along both sides when the unbalanced coefficient is 0.5. When the unbalanced coefficient is changed, adding the 90° layup angle can significantly reduce the overall deformation of the wing and show different sensitivity characteristics to different layup areas. The increase of the unbalanced coefficient makes the chordal displacement gradually change from linear distribution to nonlinear distribution along the spread direction, and the displacement will gradually decrease.

This Letter presents a non-local means filter based on the Pearson correlation coefficient and Butterworth high-pass filter. In the method, the new gray value of the denoising pixel is equal to the weighted sum of the surrounding pixel values. We use the Pearson correlation coefficient between the pixels to calculate the weight of the surrounding pixels to the denoising pixel, then use Butterworth high-pass filter to optimize. Experimental results show that the method effectively reduces the speckle noise of digital holography and the image details are also very rich. At the same time, its performance is still better when compared with methods such as BM3D.

The application of digital holography in several fields is limited since speckle destroys the original information of the reconstructed image. This paper proposes a neighborhood filter based on multiple sub-reconstructed images according to the random distribution of speckle noise. In this method, the denoised value is equal to the weighted sum of neighboring pixel values, and the weight is calculated by the degree of correlation between different positions of multiple sub-holograms. The experimental results show that the method can greatly reduce the speckle noise, and its noise reduction performance is superior to traditional digital image processing algorithms.
