Abstract-Aviation technology, as an important sign for national development and progress, represents the national science and technology development level. Nowadays, the world is developing by leaps and bounds and various technologies are developing. The research & development for aviation enterprise are attached great importance to, which cannot be ignored. In addition, the study on the schedule optimization and control methods for scientific research and production management in aviation enterprise will greatly improve the development, guarantee that it will be adapted to the trend of the world. Besides, the great functions shall be ignited to make contributions to the national development. This paper analyzes the scientific research and production management from the perspective of level production, informationization construction, and uncertainty quantification so as to have a deeper understanding of the schedule optimization and control methods for scientific research and production management in aviation enterprise.
Abstract-With the development of modern society, it asks higher demand on talents and has tried timeless efforts to improve talent quality. Facing the broader needs of society, China implemented quality education reform in order to foster appropriate talents who can be adapted to society. Besides, the education policy changes from examinationoriented model to quality education model. Therefore, in the course of quality education reform, the important and difficult point is the reform of education model. Only by reforming the education model to correctly guide students can they comprehensively improve their quality and ability. The most important issue of reforming education is to make students become active rather than passive so as to act as masters in classroom. In addition, indoctrination style should be changed into elicitation education. So, in terms of education model change, both teachers and students have to change, which is bidirectional.
Corporate green transformation is important for the realization of China’s “double carbon” goal and the construction of a green economy, but existing studies only explored the role of policy factors or internal corporate factors in influencing them, ignoring the driving factors of corporate green transformation in an industry. Based on the perspective of inter-industry enterprise linkage, combined with principal–agent theory and signaling theory, this study uses the data of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2010 to 2021 and employs multiple linear regression to investigate the impact of common institutional ownership on corporate green transformation and its mechanism of action. The empirical findings show that common institutional ownership can significantly promote corporate green transformation, and the findings still hold after robustness tests. Principal–agent costs, total factor productivity, financing constraints, and business credit play a partial mediating role in this, and common institutional ownership has a better promotion effect on the enhancement of the degree of the green transformation of enterprises in non-heavily polluted industries. The results of this study not only can enrich the research on the economic consequences of joint institutional ownership but also have important guiding significance for China to promote the green transformation of enterprises and build a green economic system.
Abstract-Along with the technological advances and development of the society, China's aviation industry is also developing. How to optimize the production schedule in aviation manufacturing enterprises has become the primary problem for developing aviation projects. This paper analyzes the current condition of the production schedule management in modern aviation manufacturing enterprises and come up with relevant solutions to solve the existing issues.
In recent years, China's aviation industry has achieved obvious progress, but still lags behind that in developed countries. This paper will analyze some problems in the production and management of aviation manufacturers in China from various aspects to combine lean production with production of aviation manufacturers through introducing lean production theory and to guarantee production in enterprises through taking some safeguard measures.
