This paper introduces a position synchronized control strategy to deal with the synchronous error caused by the external disturbance in dual linear motors servo system. In order to achieve satisfactory results, a new control scheme combing feedforward control, feedback control and cross-coupled control is proposed and makes progress in decreasing the synchronous error which was shown by the experiment.
The wiring of small mechanical and electrical equipment is one of the bottlenecks in rapid R&D and reliability. The path optimization is the essence of wiring. The paper proposed a new automatic wiring method based on improved A* algorithm, which adapts to three-dimensional path search. The cost for bending and processing was introduced into evaluating function, the rigidity factor was also introduced to improve search efficiency. The wiring module for virtual assembly is developed by UG API implementation. The results show that the method is effective.
A lateral displacement control method of a moving web using an offset-pivot guide system for intermittent web transportation is presented in this paper. The dynamics model of the offset-pivot guide system is investigated, and the factors resulting in the lateral displacement of the web are researched and analyzed. In the case of intermittent web transportation, iterative learning control (ILC) is adopted to eliminate the periodic disturbance. Simulations show that the iterative learning control method adopted is very effective to resist the lateral displacement of the web by using the offset-pivot guide system.
To achieve safety commutation of the bidirectional switch in Matrix Sinusoidal waveform converter with high-frequency link, a decoupling time-driven strategy is proposed in this paper. The two gates in each bidirectional switch are driven by different signals, so the voltage surge caused by non-synchronous commutation of two bidirectional switches can be avoided, and both ZVS and ZCS are also achieved. Since the current polarity of load need not to be detected, the circuit is easy in realization. Experiments has been carried out to verify the feasibility of the proposed method.
