This paper introduced a design proposal of tactical command system that applied to a kind of anti-tank missile carriers. The tactical command system was made up of embedded computer system based on PC104 bus, Linux operating system, digital military map, Beidou satellite communication equipments and GPS positioning equipments. The geographic coordinates was measured by the GPS receiver, the positioning data, commands and information were transmitted real-time between tactical command systems, tactical command systems and command center, by the Beidou satellite communication systems. The Beidou satellite communication equipments and GPS positioning equipments were integrated to an independent module, exchanging data with embedded computer through RS232 serial ports and USB ports. The decision support system software based on information fusion, calculates positioning data, geography information and battle field information synthetically, shows the position of allies and the position of enemy on the military map, and assesses the various threats of different enemy objects, educes a situation assessment and threat assessment.The research purpose of this item is to solve the problem that exists at present, and to find out a kind of method to improve the land force tactical missile weapons. Then studying situation and threat estimate model which can meet the land force tactical missile combat needs. Finally, study the decision support technology to raise the effect of available weaponry.The object studied can carry by individual soldier, and also can regard the vehicle borne unit to carry. It can meet the informationization needs of active service tactical missile equipment, and need not do any change on the equipment. According to battlefield situation information, the system educes the situation essential factor, situation assessing inference, situation calculating, and as a result, threat estimate, assessing enemy target engagement and attempt, and giving a threat grade of each object. So that each operation unit can directly perceive battlefield situation and military strength distribution between alliance and enemy, and under the precondition of accomplishing battle missions and tactical purposes, choosing the most threat target to attack, and raising the efficacy of weapons.
