The complementary colour filter array (CCFA) that is widely used in consumer-level digital video cameras measures only one colour component per pixel, that is, cyan, magenta, yellow and green. To infer whole colour information at each pixel, a demosaicking process is required. However, most demosaicking methods proposed in the literatures were developed for the Bayer CFA, which has quite different pattern than the CCFA. This study presents a high quality edge-adaptive colour interpolation approach for the CCFA. Two estimates of the luminance signal are made at each pixel under different hypotheses on edge directions simply using bilinear interpolation. Not only the sampled signal but also these two estimates are employed to assist the final interpolation. A post-processing step for suppressing demosaicking artefacts by adaptive filtering is also presented. Experimental results confirm the performance of this algorithm both objectively and subjectively.
Take the rotary parts as sample to take on the technical research of CAPP system based on case retrieval. Building the case base based on the cases which already exists: Set up the rules about the parts expression and input and make retrieval algorithm of similar part. By the favorable man-machine interface, the similar parts can be retrieved from the case according to the target part’s feature. When there are no entries in the directory case base that match your search case, some correction will be made to the case base to meet the need of the users.
The performance of speech recognition system is well or not is closely related to the characteristic parameters. For emulating human auditory system, a new method of speech feature extraction based on Hopf filter banks is presented. We modeled the extraction process of the MFCC, and used Hopf filter banks instead of the triangular filter banks. Then, we according the characteristics of Basilar Membranes in the cochlea to adjust the center frequency and bandwidth of the filter. The test speech goes through the Hopf filter banks, multi-dimensional eigenvectors will be obtained. After that, by Discrete Cosine Transformation, we will get the Hopf cepstral coefficients of the speech. Comparing with traditional feature MFCC, the speech recognition systems with Hopf characteristic parameters have better recognition rate and robustness characteristics in low Signal Noise Ratio (SNR) environment.
This paper introduces an automatic Lovibond colorimeter, which is a system of color measuring, the TCS2300D color sensor and STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller are the cores of the system. The color sensor got the data of samples, and sent to microcontroller, by the bilinear interpolation algorithm, data for RGB color space was converted to the Lovibond color space [1], and last displayed on the tubes. The experimental results showed that automatic Lovibond colorimeter had good correlation with the Lovibond visual method, and the data read from the tubes was stable. With the advantages of low cost, simple operation, short measurement period that the colorimeter will be widely applied to the determination of oil color.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
