The program of tooth surface and gear inside grid nodes is developed according to the tooth surface equation. Finite Element Analysis of the straight bevel gear axial practice model is established. Order flow contact models of the three teeth and contact pair of gears of the three teeth is developed by APDL language of ANSYS. The static contact stress analysis of axial practice is constructed. The static contact stress of tooth surface distribution and change rule is obtained by calculating. The result shows that axial practice pair of gears of have good meshing performance.
Lead sulfide solid particles floated from ore are small, hard to concentrate. Thickener flocculation dosing control system is non-linear process control system. This paper studied a mining thickener dewatering control system, with the middle concentration detection technology, PID and the fuzzy control theory research combined, and designed the polymer flocculant dosing fuzzy adaptive PID controller. It completed the simulation study by MATLAB/simulink. The result indicates that this control method responses fast and virtually has no overshoot. It can reduce the flocculant dosing, decrease the overflow density, reach energy conservation emission reduction, and cost saving.
