It is difficult for one enterprise to separately master all the knowledge related to its product innovation design. Aiming at this problem, open innovation is introduced to product design. Key technologies of product open innovation design based on knowledge are researched. Based on the ontology expression of internal innovation knowledge, external innovation knowledge and knowledge of innovation theory, open innovation design from function to structure is achieved by gradually indexing. Each functional structure is considered as a gene. Structure innovation design is optimized by cross evolution and variation evolution, achieving organic fusion internal and external innovative design knowledge.
The reasonable functional modules partition is crucial to technical solution of function in product innovation design. Technical evolution factors are not considered in current product module partition method. The correlation of customer demand and product function unit, function unit flow correlation and function technology correlation are synthesized for function module partition in product innovation design. Based on function base expression, function chain and function structure is established to provide basis of function correlation analysis. Function correlation matrix is established by combining the correlation matrix of customer demand and product function unit, the function unit flow correlation matrix and function technology correlation matrix. The dynamic cluster analysis of fuzzy equivalence matrix is used to form function module. The function module partitions are evaluated by polymerization degree and coupling degree. The presented dynamic module partition method has strong distinguishing ability.
Knowledge modeling and solving strategy are the key techniques of improving the innovation design ability of a complex product with design knowledge system. Aiming at a formal expression of product behavior knowledge, generalized variables are introduced from the bond graph theory. The attributes of motion behavior are used to realize the unity of dynamic behavior and static behavior. The ontology model of product design function, behavior, structure knowledge is constructed with the six-tuple structure. With the breadth first search FBS ontology mapping strategy, product design is realized by searching within product design knowledge base according to the name similarity. For the new function introduced by new demand in product design, concept learning based on variant space is proposed to get the general function unit or special function unit. Then the innovation design is realized through FBS ontology mapping strategy. The validity of the proposed method is verified by example of innovation design of multi-wire diamond saw.
Aiming at multi directions analysis problem of surface feature extraction from point cloud data, Curvelet transform is introduced to multi directions analysis of point cloud data. Based on the preprocessing of location and expansion, second-generation discrete Curvelet transform is used to analyze point cloud data. Curvelet transform coefficients are processed to enhance the contour of point cloud data. Nonlinear function is used to process Curvelet transform coefficients of coarse layer. Compromise for soft and hard thresholds is used to process Curvelet transform coefficients of detail layer. Piecewise nonlinear function is used to process Curvelet transform coefficients of fine layer. The data point is reconstructed from the enhanced Curvelet transform coefficient with Curvelet inverse transformation. Initial surface feature is achieved with edge detection. The precise surface feature is achieved with morphological dilation and erosion to filter edge without real shape significance. Example of part point cloud data of brake shell shows the proposed surface feature extraction method can accurately extract surface feature from data point.
