El objetivo de este trabajo fue evaluar el extracto de Clitoria ternatea como bioestimulante en el cultivo de frijol. El diseño utilizado fue diseño de bloques completamente al azar (DBCA), con un testigo, cuatro tratamientos y 5 repeticiones. Las variables bajo estudio fueron: Altura de planta (cm), número de hojas, diámetro de tallo (cm), peso de planta (g), peso de raíz (g), volumen de raíz (ml), largo de raíz (cm), número de flores, número de vainas, porcentaje de humedad (%), porcentaje de materia seca (%), peso de materia seca (g), rendimiento (kg/ha) y composición fitoquímica. El cultivo de frejol presentó que el T2 (Bioestimulante de Clitoria ternatea al 7%) se destacó en el número de hojas con un promedio de 22.6, peso de la planta (g) 17.9 %, porcentaje de humedad 75.45 %, peso de materia seca (g) 17.9 y la composición fitoquìmica del extracto de Clitoria ternatea según la espectrofotometría fueron los flavonoides expresados como Quercetina (662.96 mg/L), fenoles totales (231.25mg/L), alcaloides (8.95mg/L), y actividad antioxidante. El T2 tiene un rendimiento de 96.80 (kg/ha) de peso de semillas indicando que la acción bioestimulante de Clitoria ternatea una leguminosa poco conocida a nivel global es una alternativa viable para la producción agrícola.
