RESUMENSe exponen las características y fases de los modelos de ecuaciones estructurales, así como las etapas de construcción, siendo estas la especificación, identificación, estimación de parámetros, evaluación del ajuste, reespecificación del modelo y la interpretación de resultados. Se presenta el análisis factorial exploratorio y confirmatorio como parte para la construcción de un modelo. Se detallan algunos paquetes computacionales como el LISREL, AMOS y SPSS. A modo de ejemplificar los modelos de ecuaciones estructurales, se realiza un estudio en la población docente de tiempo completo del departamento de ingeniería Industrial y Manufactura de una universidad pública de Ciudad juárez, Chihuahua, México. Se estudia el impacto de los factores socioculturales y ergoambientales en la satisfacción laboral, obteniendo un modelo resultante en el que se detallan las variables más y menos significativas. The global economy is characterized by a progressive complexity, uncertainty, and volatility, which exert intense pressures to organizations and confronts them, with increasing frequency, to disruptive and unexpected events. In such environments, some organizations develop a resilience profile to increase the capacity to anticipate, adapt, and recover equilibrium or even, gain a new advantage position after the disruption. In this research, the factors of organizational resilience (OR) are identified and a structural equations model is developed. The article discusses the theoretical background and the literature of the resilience factors, and proposes their classification, which is used for the development of a questionnaire for the determination of the relative importance of the factors in several industrial sectors. The internal consistency of the questionnaire was validated with the Cronbach's a coefficient and was applied to a sample of 159 manufacturing companies of the twin plant "maquiladora" industry of Ciudad Juarez, México, using a convenience sampling method. The key driver factors related to the development of OR are identified employing a partial least squares structural equation modeling approach, also is developed a structural model as a predictor of OR and its effectiveness, covering the description of the proposed model. By hypotheses tests, it is verified that resilient leadership explains the role of variables related to the development of OR, having a high influence in the organizational culture and in the capacity to organize and manage operations, being these three contributors, the drivers of the adaptation capacity that has a direct relation to the development of resilience.

Introducción. Actualmente las empresas industriales enfrentan el desafío de identificar e implantar nuevas técnicas organizacionales y de producción que les permitan competir en un mercado global. Así, el modelo de fabricación esbelta se ha convertido en una alternativa para elevar la productividad y desarrollar competencias de manufactura que incidan en su competitividad. Sin embargo, se desconoce el efecto que aporta cada una de las herramientas de manufactura esbelta al logro de la productividad. Objetivo. Proponer un modelo conceptual que identifique el peso relativo que aporta la implantación de cada una de las herramientas de manufactura esbelta a la productividad. Materiales y métodos. El modelo conceptual parte de una revisión de literatura, donde para ello, se sigue una secuencia ordenada y metodológica para garantizar que el desarrollo de este artículo tenga relevancia en la ciencia y su aplicación. Resultados. En esta investigación las herramientas de manufactura esbelta que más indicen en la productividad de las empresas son: 5S, mantenimiento productivo total, el justo a tiempo (JIT), Kaizen, Kanban, cambio rápido de modelo (SMED) y el mapeo del flujo de valor (VSM) con un peso de 15, 14, 13, 12, 9, 9 y 7 % respectivamente. Además, los indicadores que mejor miden la productividad son los relacionados con la eficiencia, la efectividad y los factores internos. Conclusiones. La principal contribución de este artículo es la propuesta de un modelo conceptual sustentado en evidencia teórica que identifica las herramientas de manufactura esbelta más utilizadas para incidir en la productividad de una organización

<p>La rotación de personal es un fenómeno costoso en términos de productividad y desempeño. La variable que mejor la predice es la intención de rotar, pero en México son escasos los trabajos empíricos sobre ella. Esta investigación tuvo por objetivo indagar si el agotamiento emocional, el cinismo organizacional y la violación del contrato psicológico, influyen sobre la intención de rotación. Para ello, se realizó una investigación cuantitativa, empírica y transversal, en una muestra de 201 empleados operativos en la industria maquiladora autopartista para la exportación, localizada en Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. Como técnica estadística se utilizó la modelación estructural PLS. Los resultados indican que el agotamiento emocional y el cinismo del empleado llevan a la intención de rotar, y comparativamente, es mayor la influencia del cinismo. Sin embargo, la relación predictiva entre la violación del contrato psicológico y la intención de rotar, se rechazó.</p>

The purpose of this research article is to provide a comprehensive method of evaluation for public transportation. In this sense, this study considers transport lines that offer in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. Hence, this study presents a description of the public transport system as part of the literature review. Likewise, the document describes an appropriate model based on the more outstanding publications about urban mobility and public transportation for passengers. Nevertheless, it is based on the Pythagorean Fuzzy combinative distance-based assessment (CODAS) to analyze and evaluate the alternatives through criteria that define general performance. Thus, the integration of these methods provides an adequate methodology for decision-making concerning urban planning and mobility to detect and improve the performance of criteria not considered within sustainable urban mobility plans. Results show how the applied approach can work as a powerful tool for the appraisal of the transport service. Finally, the results give relevant information to the local authority of the transport management of Ciudad Juarez to do improvements focused on the user.

Organization’s competitiveness and profitability are part of its main objectives, developing different strategies to position themselves as one of the best, being one of these strategies Six Sigma (SS), initially developed in processes of manufacturing to eliminate production and services defects. However, literature has reported various applications and areas of implementation of SS, such as the administrative area. The objective of this article is to present results obtained in literature review related to the SS strategy. The article begins with basic strategy definitions, followed by the main applications and implementation areas, additionally, an analysis of the critical success factors (CSF) is shown as a suggestion for those who wish to develop the strategy and improve the administrative processes. The CSF is: Management Support and Commitment, Relationship with Clients, Organizational Culture, Education and Training, Organizational Infrastructure and Communication.
