En el ámbito hispanohablante, en muchos casos, existe una variación entre la terminología empleada en América y la terminología empleada en España. Lo mismo ocurre entre los diversos países que conforman América, entre los que se encuentra, por ejemplo, Perú, que cuenta con sus términos propios o peruanismos, que varían respecto de los términos empleados en España, y también del resto de países americanos. El objetivo del presente estudio, por consiguiente, es el de, por un lado, comparar un grupo de voces o expresiones utilizadas por los hablantes de Perú con sus equivalentes empleados por los hablantes de España y, por otro, confirmar el uso actual de estos peruanismos, para lo cual se han realizado consultas en el Corpus del Español del Siglo XXI (CORPES XXI). Los resultados obtenidos confirman que existe una variación léxico-morfológica entre el español de Perú y el de España, así como la pervivencia de la mayor parte de peruanismos recogidos en la presente investigación.
En cuanto a los sustantivos de persona que terminan en el sufijo -nte, llaman la atención aquellos que presentan alternancia -nte/-nta, pero que, a su vez, son comunes en cuanto al género, como, por ejemplo, presidente/presidenta al lado de el/la presidente, de manera que alternan para el femenino la terminación -nte/-nta (la presidente/la presidenta). Ahora bien, el objetivo de esta investigación consiste, por un lado, en determinar si en el Diccionario académico (2014-2019) se ha producido un incremento de sustantivos de persona en -nte comunes en cuanto al género o con alternancia de género, ya sea por incorporaciones recientes o por cambios producidos en los masculinos en -nte. Y, por otro lado, en recoger información actual sobre los femeninos en -nta que cuentan con sus correspondientes femeninos en -nte, para lo cual se han realizado consultas en el Corpus del Español del Siglo XXI (CORPES XXI). Los resultados obtenidos confirman que sí se ha producido un incremento de este grupo de voces en -nte en el Diccionario, así como que existe un mayor empleo de los sustantivos en -nta en América, respecto de España, con ciertas excepciones.
La morfología del español está ligada a la selección léxica y, frecuentemente, contiende con ella en la preferencia de los hablantes, que varía según el ámbito hispánico, esto es, existe una variación léxico-morfológica entre, por ejemplo, la terminología empleada en América y la terminología empleada en España. En consecuencia, el objetivo del presente artículo es el de comparar las voces o expresiones utilizadas por los hablantes de América con sus equivalentes empleados por los hablantes de España. Esto permitirá confirmar que, en muchos casos, existe una variación del significante respecto del significado, de manera que se puede decir lo mismo con distintas palabras en una lengua como el español.
