AbstrakKeluarga dan masyarakat belum paham mengenai kecacatan yang dialami oleh siswa tunagrahita sehingga terdapat stigma bahwa siswa tunagrahita sebagai orang cacat yang tidak bisa mandiri dan memiliki kemampuan intelektual rendah. Stigma tersebut dapat mempengaruhi persepsi siswa tunagrahita terhadap konsep diri mereka sehingga cenderung negatif. Penelitian kuantitatif non-eksperimental dengan desain deskriptif korelasi bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan dukungan keluarga dan masyarakat terhadap konsep diri siswa tunagrahita di SLBN Kupang. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa tunagrahita di SLBN Kupang. Sampel diperoleh secara accidental sampling sebanyak 84 responden. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui pengisian kuesioner konsep diri, dukungan keluarga dan dukungan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ditemukan terdapat konsep diri positif 52,4%, dukungan keluarga 52,4% dan dukungan masyarakat (53,6 ). Hipotesis di uji menggunakan uji Chi-square; sbb: tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara dukungan orang tua terhadap konsep diri (p value = 0,197) dan tidak ada hubungan bermana antara dukungan masyarakat terhadap konsep diri (p value = 0,389). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlunya dukungan keluarga dan masyarakat agar penyandang tunagrahita tetap memiliki konsep diri yang positif. In common, families and communities do not understand well the disability experienced by intellectual disability students. This arises a stigma that intellectual disability students are disabled people who cannot be independent and have low intellectual abilities. This stigma may affect the perception of intellectual disability students on their self-concept that tend to be negative.The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of Family and Sosial Support with self-concept of intellectual disability students’s in SLBN Kupang NTT 2016. This research method was non-experimental quantitative research with descriptive correlation design. The population in this study were all intellectual disability students in SLBN Kupang. The sample was obtained by accidental sampling of 84 respondents. Data collection is done through filling out self-concept questionnaires, family support and community support. The results of the study found 52.4% positive self-concept, 52.4% family support and social support (53.6). The hypothesis was tested using the Chi-square test: there is no significant relationship between parental support for self-concept (p value = 0.197) and no significant relationship between community support for self-concept (p value = 0.389). The results of the study indicate the need for family and social support to improve positive self-concept of intellectual disability students . Skizofrenia adalah gangguan mental yang sangat berat yang ditandai dengan gejala positif, gejala negatif dan gangguan kognitif. Kondisi kronis yang dialami pasien berpotensi mengalami relaps. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSKD Duren Sawit bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepatuhan minum obat terhadap relaps pasien Skizofrenia. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian longitudinal yakni cross-sectional berulang (time-series). Jumlah sampel sebanyak 48 responden yang diperoleh dengan teknik total sampling. Hipotesis di uji dengan mengguanakan uji chi square. Alat ukur penelitian : PANSS dan lembar observasi pemantauan minum obat. Pengambilan data dilakukan setiap bulan (selama 3 bulan) saat responden kontrol ke poliklinik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan kepatuhan minum obat terhadap relaps pasien Skizofrenia (p value =0,043). Diharapkan perawat dan keluarga pasien tetap melanjutkan pemantauan minum obat kepada pasien dengan lembar observasi. Penelitian ini juga merekomendasikan kepada perawat agar memberikan psikoedukasi keluarga tentang psikofarmaka pada pasien. Chronic conditions experienced by patients potentially lead to an experience of recurrence. The study was conducted at RSKD Duren Sawit to reveal the relationship of medication adherence to recurrence of schizophrenic patients.This study type of quantitative research using a longitudinal research design: cross-sectional (time-series). The number of samples was 48 respondents obtained by the total sampling technique. The hypothesis was tested using the chi-square test. The instruments used in this study were PANSS and an observation sheet of taking the medication. Data retrieval was taken every month (for 3 months). The results showed that there was a relationship between medication adherence to Schizophrenia relapse (p-value = 0.043). It is well expected that nurses and families keep observing of taking medication with an observation sheet. Pasien CKD yang menjalani hemodialisis akan mengalami perubahan fisik maupun psikis. Tindakan hemodialisis berpotensi untuk mempengaruhi konsep diri dan kepuasan hidup pasien terhadap kondisi yang dialami. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran konsep diri dan kepuasan hidup pada pasien yang menjalani hemodialisis. Desain penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling yaitu 73 pasien hemodialisis Rumah Sakit Umum UKI Jakarta sebagai sampel. Pengukuran konsep diri menggunakan Kuesioner Konsep Diri dan pengukuran kepuasan hidup menggunakan Satisfaction Life Scale yang dikembangkan oleh Diener (Cronbach Alpha> 0,6). Analisis data menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan persentase. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukan pasien yang menjalani hemodialisis memiliki konsep diri positif (91,8%), citra tubuh positif (64,4%), ideal diri realistik (76,7%), harga diri tinggi (79,5%), peran diri (74,0%), dan identitas diri kuat (83,6%). Kepuasan hidup yang di rasakan yaitu sebanyak (41,1%) pasien yang menjalani hemodialisis puas terhadap kehidupannya. Peneliti menyarankan perawat memberikan edukasi dan memotivasi pasien dalam proses adaptasi, sehingga dapat mempertahankan konsep diri yang positif dan kepuasan hidup yang baik serta pasien CKD yang masih memiliki konsep diri negatif dapat menunjukkan konsep diri yang positif.
This study aims to analyze the population, domestic investment, economic growth, inflation to open unemployment in Indonesia in 2000–2020. The design of this research is causal associative research. This study uses causal associative. This research is a time series research, the data used is secondary data. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, through classical assumption test, namely: multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, normality test, then perform hypothesis testing, namely t-test, F-test and goodness-of-fit test.The results of the study conclude that population has a negative and significant effect on open unemployment, while domestic investment, economic growth, and inflation have a negative and insignificant effect on open unemployment in Indonesia.
