Zusammenfassung: Die vorhandene Literatur zur zustandsorientierten Instandhaltungsplanung betrachtet nicht den realistischen Fall, dass sich Maschinenzustände im Zeitablauf verschlechtern, was auch ohne Maschinenausfälle zu erhöhten Ausschussraten, zu geringeren Maschinenintensitäten sowie zur Nicht-Durchführbarkeit von bestimmten Produktionsaktivitäten führen kann. Da i.d.R. nur zwischen funktionsfähigen und nicht funktionsfähigen Aggregaten unterschieden wird, sind simultane Ansätze der Produktions-und Instandhaltungsplanung unter Berücksichtigung von Zustandsentwicklungen und mehreren Maschinen bislang nicht betrachtet worden. Um diese Lücke zu schließen, wird ein Optimierungsmodell vorgestellt, mit dem die Instandhaltungs-und Maschinenzuordnungsplanung simultan durchgeführt werden können. In das Modell fließen die sich mit verschlechterndem Zustand eingeschränkten Produktionsmöglichkeiten ein, die abhängig von Maschinenzuständen kostenminimal genutzt werden können.
