Dans un contexte où les TIC sont de plus en plus présentes au sein du milieu éducatif et que les enseignants sont appelés à travailler collectivement avec ces dispositifs, cet article se propose de comprendre comment les pratiques de partage, d’échange et de contribution émergent dans le monde de l’éducation et plus encore chez les enseignants. En effet, par le biais d’enquêtes réalisées dans des lycées néocalédoniens, nous verrons que ces pratiques, peuvent plus ou moins émerger et se développer dans des collectifs particuliers qui reposent sur des conditions organisationnelles spécifiques.
