Este trabajo analiza la estructura de los perfiles que mantienen los perceptores de las remesas en México. Se realiza un estudio micro–econométrico de los factores individuales que nos permiten comprender la conducta y el perfil de los perceptores de la remesas en los hogares y en las regiones de México. Para ello, utilizamos la Encuesta Nacional de Ingresos y Gastos de los Hogares (enigh) de los años 2000 y 2005. La hipótesis central de este trabajo es que la experiencia y las habilidades de los migrantes con el capital social de su entorno presentan comportamientos diferenciados entre los perceptores de remesas ubicados en distintas regiones mexicanas.
El objetivo del presente artículo es revisar las dos versiones que componen el paradigma de la realpolitik, con miras a revelar cuál de ellas posee mayor oportunidad de adaptación para explicar los Conflictos Armados No Internacionales (CANI), que se han reconfigurado desde 1989. Ante ello, se sostiene la hipótesis de que la versión neo de la realpolitik de Waltz ofrece un abordaje más integral para analizar la dinámica de los CANI reconfigurados que la versión clásica de la realpolitik de Morgenthau. Ya que su implementación de los tres niveles sistémicos y sus conceptos renovados de actor, interés y poder permiten analizar con mayor apertura las causas, el desarrollo y las consecuencias de estos enfrentamientos. Para comprobar su alcance teórico se examinará desde el neorrealismo político el ejemplo particular de la Segunda Guerra Civil de la República Democrática del Congo o RDC (1998-2003). El artículo se divide en tres partes. La primera expondrá los conceptos más relevantes de la investigación. La segunda buscará construir un marco teórico necesario para analizar el objeto de estudio. Y la tercera pondrá en práctica lo aprendido en el CANI seleccionado. Todo ello permitirá exponer las virtudes y las limitaciones de la realpolitik con respecto a los cambios producidos en la dinámica armada, propondrá renovar el paradigma acorde con un análisis más abierto y flexible para estudiar las disputas actuales y, finalmente, ayudará a brindar la información necesaria sobre cómo apaciguar el conflicto que aún sufre la RDC.
