In the cotton ginning unit recommended in the article, the impact effects of multi-faceted gutters on flat sloping surfaces of cotton pieces in large waste ginning zones have been theoretically studied and connection graphs have been constructed. The results of the numerical solution of the problem, based on the analysis of the obtained analytical solutions, recommended the appropriate values of system parameters to increase the efficiency of cleaning cotton from large wastes in all three zones of the cleaning unit.
This article provides a general scheme of the principle of operation of a fibrous material cleaner from coarse and fine litter. Based on the compilation of dynamic and mathematical models, its numerical solution, the regularities of the movement of the working bodies of the purifier are presented. Analyzes of the laws of motion and graphic dependencies substantiated the main parameters of the purifier. Recommendations are given for widespread use in fiber-cleaning production.
The article covers a construction diagram and principle of operation of a drum with cylindrical and multifaceted pegs of fibrous material cleaner from fine litter. The parameters of drum and peg have been substantiated by theoretical research. Trajectories of movement of parts of a fibrous material on a flat surface of a drum peg are constructed at different drum rotation frequency and a mass of fibrous material. Based on comparative production tests, the positive results of the cleaning of fibrous material have been received, and recommendations for implementation have been developed.
