Personality, creativity and professional skills of primary school teachers should be developed to achieve optimal performance of their tasks in the school, because the teachers have a role and a very important function in shaping the personality of students, in order to develop and prepare the human resources (HR). The result of the first survey conducting was coordinated by elementary art education lecturer team in a primary school showed that the quality of the professional competence of teachers, especially in using of learning media Cultural Arts and Crafts in the primary school needs to be improved. This condition was seen that during arts and crafts learning activities, the primary school teachers did not show professional competence as well as: 1) when the teacher explains and answers to the media questions optimalized. 2) learning media used by teachers in the form of images that are colorless and unattractive. The problems of the research are: 1). What is kind of the learning developmentmedia of animated videos for elementary school teachers in learning Cultural of Arts and Crafts, 2). How effective is the learningmedia of animation video on learning of Cultural Arts and crafts. The purpose of the research is to create a form of learning media of animation video development for primary teachers in learning Cultural Arts and Craft and describe the effectiveness of the learning media of animation video in learning Cultural Arts and Crafts. This research was carried out the activities development in collaboration between teachers, students, and faculty. Teachers, students, and faculty were a team of researchers who sit together to design the form of the learningmedia of animation video. Activities designcreated the media design; furthermore media design was examined in learning activities Arts and Crafts in the school. The techniques of data were retrieved by observation, questionnaire, and documentation. Data were analyzed by using quantitative and qualitative.
Obviously, searching engines today have not sufficiently fulfilled the needs of users. Most of these searching engines are functioned using keywords query which are identical and relevant to conceptual search. This means that matched or successful searching results depend on how a user spells the keywords. Thus, the method for measuring keywords similarity between keywords query and index words is very crucial. This research focuses on keywords search. We have designed method for measuring keywords similarity with Jaccard's, N-Gram, Vector space, Average (JNVA) and Jaccard's, N-Gram, Length, Average (JNLA) by using hybrid method; a combination of Jaccard's , N-Gram and Vector Space to make Keywords search practical. These methods are evaluated by three criterions (precision, recall, and F-measure). The result reveals that the method for measuring keywords similarity with the application of JNVA and JNLA can successfully predict the similarity between keywords query with index words. These methods can be applied in order to develop searching engines performance especially semantic search.
This paper has studied the process of designing a virtual 3-D images to be a model for generated tourism places, creation of virtual 3-D animation for tourism, and the study of satisfaction on the virtual image created for the sample used in research. The samples were divided into 2 groups: 1) The sample used in the selection of tourist attractions and tourist interest in the Kalasin province, Thailand. These people were; 100 personnel from government agencies and private companies. Discussion of 100 people in the private, and 2) a sample group to explore the satisfaction of the virtual 3-D animation for developed tourist attractions, including 6 personnel from the head of the government agencies, travelrelated personnel from Kalasin Tourist and Sports Authority, Kalasin Municipal, and Kalasin Provincial Administration Organization. The tools used in research is a questionnaire about tourist attraction in Kalasin Province. The display of a 3D image for tourism attractions has been presented in multimedia formats that can be displayed in virtual reality to tourists, including of tourist information before they decide to travel. The important thing to create 3-D animation, virtual reality must take into account as much as possible, accurate information, continuation of the display. The presented story is interesting for all the things animated 3-D virtual reality and the narrative of tourist attractions as 3-D animation will benefits to the tourism industry and tourism business.
The objective of this research is to design and develop a tool to evaluate tourists' satisfaction with the attractions recommendation system in Bangkok, Thailand. We have four main stages for the tourist attraction recommendation system. The first stage is to fill imputed missing values with association rules and multiple imputations. The second stage is constructing the tourist attractions recommendation model by ranking the tourist attractions with a ranking method and similarity measurements based on a personal recommender system with cosine algorithm. The third stage is to design and develop the personal recommender website. And the last stage is to evaluate the personal recommender system with four measurements: accuracy, precision, f-measure, and g-mean. The experiment results from a sampling of thirty people found that the tourist attraction recommendation system can: 1) make a positive recommendation 340 times, but 105 times will not meet the needs, and 2) make a negative recommendation 708 times, but 77 times will meet the needs. The results show that the tourist attractions recommendation system has satisfactory performance and reliability with high accuracy, precision, and f-measure, and g-mean values of 85.20%, 76.40%, 78.89%, and 84.26%, respectively. In addition, it was found that the users' satisfaction towards the system was at a high level with a value of 4.60. This means that the proposed tourist attractions recommendation system can be used to recommend personal preferences as well.
