AbstrakProses pembuatan tepung tapioka secara tradisional terdiri dari tiga tahap yang dilakukan secara terpisah. Ketiga tahapan pembuatan tepung tapioka juga dapat dilakukan secara mekanik, yaitu dengan bantuan peralatan, baik untuk proses pemarutan maupun proses pemerasan dan penyaringan. Cara mekanik yang ada, menggunakan dua alat yang terpisah di mana satu alat dipakai untuk proses pemarutan, sedangkan alat yang lain digunakan untuk proses pemerasan dan penyaringan. Dilakukan 5 kali pengujian dengan timbangan yang telah ditentukan dalam pengujian yaitu 2 kg, 4 kg, 6 kg, 8 kg, dan 10 kg. Hasil kapasitas mesin pemarut rata-rata waktu 12 Kg/Jam dan Kapasitas Pemeras Ubi kayu rata-rata waktu 11 Kg/jam. Efisiensi rata-rata pengujian tepung 20,54 % dan efisiensi ratarata ampas ubi kayu 37,8 %. Kata kunci: Produktivitas, Kapasitas, Efisiensi. In this analysis will analyze the composition of combustion using fiber and shell to get the highest calorific value on the Boiler, where the composition analyzed is the ratio of 100% Fiber, 75% Fiber 25% Shell, 50% Fiber 50% Shell, 25% Fiber 75% Shell 100% shell. The results of research analysis The heating value of fiber and shell composition variations ranged from 14978,053 kJ/kg to 15463,083 kJ/kg. With the highest heating value is 100% fiber composition (15463,083 kJ / kg), and the lowest heating value is 100% shell composition. (14978,053 kJ/kg). The composition that gives the highest profit is the composition of 100% fiber. With the details of the value of water content, air requirements, low flue gas, and also produces a high heating value.
Teknologi biogas pada umumnya teknologi biogas yaitu memanfaatkan kandungan bahan organik untuk pertumbuhan mikro ganisme yang berpotensi untuk menghasilkan biogas. bahan baku utama pembuatan biogas ini mengunakan enceng gondok, kotoran sapi dan penambahan air dengan perbandingngan 25%:75%:5.Ltr, 75%:25%:5.Ltr, 50%,50%:5.Ltr, Pada pengujian awal mengunakan Galon 20 liter yang dilengkapi, thermometer,manometer dan ban untuk penampung gas. Berdasarkan dari pengujian selama 15 hari fermentasi perbandingan 25%:75%:5.Ltr, adalah komposisi dengan proses fermentasi tercepat dan tekanan gas tertinggi 900 Pa pada hari ke 6 . Pada pengujian Selanjutnya dengan menggunakan skala drum 200 liter dengan perbandingan 25%:75%:5.Ltr , pembentukan biogas terjadi pada hari pertama sampai hari ke 21 untuk pencapaiyan gas optimal terjadi pada hari ke 7 sebesar 10,000 Pa.

So that the maximum result is 7 Bar, the steam mass obtained is 0.09 with a time of 1.5 hours by heating 15 liters of water, the steam power produced is 25.6 Watts, the shaft power is 18.01 Watts and the maximum electrical power produced is 20 Watts. the turbine work efficiency is 78.12% and the result is a generator efficiency of 25%.
