Zusammenfassung. Vorgestellt wird die mobile Anwendung RehaGoal App für Menschen mit erworbenen und angeborenen Hirnschädigungen, die Schwierigkeiten bei komplexen Planungsaufgaben haben. Für die Entwicklung der RehaGoal App wurde sich am Vorgehen des Goal Management Trainings orientiert, bei dem die Zerlegung eines übergeordneten Ziels in Teilziele und überschaubare Schritte zu deren Erreichung im Vordergrund steht. Bisher wurde dieses Vorgehen papiergestützt eingesetzt, was die Übertragung in den Alltag erschwert. Daher wurde die RehaGoal App, die auf verschiedenen digitalen Endgeräten wie Smartphones, Smartwatches etc. genutzt werden kann, entwickelt. Bei unserer Zielgruppe liegen häufig zusätzliche Einschränkungen vor, daher verfügt die RehaGoal App über eine barrierearme Gestaltung, eine Sprachausgabe, visuelle Darstellungsmöglichkeiten, eine nutzerabhängige Darstellung, eine einfache Menüführung und ein Autorensystem.
Zusammenfassung. Infolge der Corona-Pandemie 2019 und den damit einhergehenden Restriktionen verloren Menschen mit einer intellektuellen Beeinträchtigung – wie andere auch – ihre Praktikumsplätze oder wurden in das Szenario „Arbeit zu Hause“ geschickt. In einer für den ersten Lockdown konzipierten 3-wöchigen Pilotstudie zur Untersuchung einer mobilen Applikation zur Handlungsplanung kochten drei Teilnehmer*innen mit exekutiver Dysfunktion – und daraus resultierenden Schwierigkeiten in der Handlungsplanung – begleitet von Jobcoaches mithilfe der RehaGoal App. Zur Erfassung der Usability dieser App wurde ein teilstandardisierter Fragebogen von den Teilnehmer*innen und ihren Angehörigen beantwortet. Es zeigte sich, dass die Teilnehmer*innen die RehaGoal App gut einsetzen konnten und sich sicher in der Benutzung fühlten. Zudem gaben die Angehörigen an, sich vorstellen zu können, die App für weitere häusliche Aufgaben zu nutzen.
ZusammenfassungDas multifokale Osteosarkom ist eine charakteristische und gleichermaßen ungewöhnliche Form des Osteosarkoms, bei dem zusätzlich zu dem dominanten Primärtumor multiple weitere Läsionen auftreten. Treten diese Läsionen gleichzeitig auf und sind bereits bei der Diagnosestellung vorhanden, spricht man von einem synchronen multifokalen Osteosarkom. Das metachrone multifokale Osteosarkom ist definiert als das Auftreten multipler Läsionen (ohne Lungenmetastasen) zu unterschiedlichen Zeitpunkten nach der initialen Therapie des ursprünglichen Osteosarkoms, wobei eine jede sich klinisch als Primärtumor darstellt. Das multifokale Osteosarkom ist eine seltene Erkrankung mit schlechter Prognose. Es ist weiterhin nicht hinreichend geklärt, ob es sich um das Auftreten multipler primärer Tumoren oder doch um eine metastatische Erkrankung handelt. Bislang erschien lediglich eine geringe Anzahl von Fallstudien über das metachrone Auftreten des multifokalen Osteosarkoms. Wir berichten über zwei Patienten mit metachron aufgetretenen multifokalen Osteosarkomen, die auf eine multiple Primärtumorerkrankung hindeuten mit anschließender Diskussion der hierzu vorliegenden Literatur.
