Archival accountability as a public service in meeting stakeholders and study material for managers in making decisions. Archival activities and e-documents on an agency is a sub-system of a government system that is constantly changing and developing so that changes and developments affect the institution as a sub-system where the sub-systems interact between sub-systems in the system itself. In the future, archives and e-documents will use an electronic system because it is very effective and efficient, critical, outcomes in an activity a manager takes a decision and policy. The problem still uses a lot of document archiving manually so that it takes a long time to find archives that have an impact on activities to be less effective and less efficient. The purpose of providing electronic skills competencies in e-documents. The form of activities carried out in the form of training and workshop management system for e-documents. The benefits of this activity provide a competence in knowledge and skills in managing archives through electronic (e-documents) so that organizational activities become effective efficiently productive and outcomes. Target audiences are kindergarten and paud teachers located in Mandastana sub-district, Barito Kuala district. Implementation Method. Training and Workshop, Discussion and Questions and Answers. Kegiatan kearsipan dan e-dokumen pada suatu instansi merupakan sub sistem dari suatu sistem pemerintahan yang terus berubah dan berkembang sehingga perubahan dan perkembangan tersebut mempengahui isntansi sebagai sub sistem dimana sub sistem saling berinteraksi antar sub sistem dalam suatu sistem itu sendiri. The research aims: To find out how the development of snake and ladder media in group guidance to improve guidance services in the career field towards career planning for students of SMAIT Ukhuwah Banjarmasin. This study used the research and development method, from 10 stages the researcher used 5 stages to adjust the research needs with the following steps: (1) Potential and problems. (2) Data collection. (3) Product design. (4) Design validation. (5) Design improvements. This research is motivated by the process of providing guidance services in the field of career planning which still uses conventional old media (power point) which causes service delivery to be less than optimal and has never used any new media. The results of this study indicate that the medium of snake and ladder in group guidance to improve guidance services in the career field of career planning for students of SMA Islam Terpadu Ukhuwah Banjarmasin is feasible and usable. This can be seen from the results of the media validation assessed by counseling teacher practitioners by giving an assessment between 81.0% - 100.0% which means very valid, can be used without revision. This study aims to describe 1). forms of maladaptive behavior of students at SMPN 14 Banjarmasin, 2). factors - factors that affect students 'maladaptive behavior at SMPN 14 Banjarmasin, 3). Teacher guidance and counseling efforts in overcoming students' maladaptive behavior at SMPN 14 Banjarmasin. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data sources in this study are: Bk Teachers, Homeroom Teachers, and Students of SMPN 14 Banjarmasin. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data in this study uses triangulation and extension of participation. While the analysis of the data used in this study is the analysis of making conclusions from the entire discussion. The results of this study indicate that the maldaptive behavior of SMPN 14 Banjarmasin students in general is often done that is ditching, making a fuss in the classroom, and bullying friends. Factors causing the maladaptive behavior of students at SMPN 14 Banjarmasin are, factors of weak self-control, family factors, and environmental factors or peers who are not good and do not support in adjusting to the environment. The efforts that have been done by BK Teachers in overcoming maladaptive behavior of SMPN 14 Banjarmasin students are identifying problems, collecting student data and student backgrounds, collaborating with other teachers and parents in solving students' problems at school, giving reprimands or punishment as well as advice its nature of educating and educating students themselves. The purpose of this study is to produce guidance and counseling management products in elementary schools by adjusting the characteristics of students in swampland, where the development component focuses on (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) implementing, (4) evaluating, and (5) follow-up. The methodology used by the researcher is research and development, by adopting four of the 10 stages of Borg and Gall, including the following: (1) preliminary study. (2) hypothetical development, (3) hypothetical model review, (4) revision. The results of this study are: (1) guidance and counseling services in elementary schools have not been ideal in their implementation, (2) compiled and validated a prototype of guidance and counseling management in elementary schools in swampy areas. The conclusion obtained from this study is that the guidance and counseling management model in elementary schools in swampy areas has been tested, (1) considering that this model has been validated by academics with a background in guidance and counseling education, and validated by school teacher practitioners. which will later carry out guidance and counseling services at the schools where they work.
