Abstract�PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) as a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) which carries out the mission of postal mail and postal parcel courier services in Indonesia with premium products, Special Express Post is a delivery service with a maximum travel time of 4 days that reaches the recipient quickly, precise, safe and reach all parts of Indonesia. One strategy to foster customer satisfaction that leads to customer loyalty is the formation of a brand image and the best possible service quality in the minds of postal customers.The research method used in this research is descriptive verification with a quantitative approach, to determine the significant relationship between the variables of brand image, service quality to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The population in this study were customers of the Kuningan Post Office, users of special express mail delivery services, amounting to 1,769. Techniques and data sources were obtained from literature studies and questionnaires to 298 respondents who were designated as samples with a significance level of 5%.The results of the hypothesis test indicate that the variables of brand image and service quality partially have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction variables partially have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Brand image variables partially have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Service quality variable partially does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty. Simultaneously, brand image and service quality have a positive effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty.�Keywords: Brand Image; Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty.
One of the factors in economic growth and development is the increasing competence of human resources, especially human resources, which in this case is an increase in the entrepreneurial spirit of the community. Tirtawangunan Village is a village that has a BUMDes named Permata Tirta, Administratively Tirtawangunan village is located in Sindangagung District, Kuningan Regency, 7 km from the city center. However, BUMDes and SMEs in Tirtawangunan village are not well developed. Therefore, to increase business scale and manage entrepreneurial activities, Community Service for MSME actors and BUMDes Tirtawangunan managers, Sindangagung District, Kuningan Regency was held on November 16, 2021. The method used was Lectures and Discussions. The result of this Community Service activity is that BUMDes managers know that business scale can be increased by managing MSMEs in Tirtawangunan village using digital innovation, namely e-commerce so that both BUMDes and MSMEs can provide mutual benefits for village development.
Lemahnya posisi tawar menawar (bargaining position) yang dimiliki oleh petani merupakan salah satu masalah yang sering dihadapi petani di Desa Muncangela, Kecamatan Cipicung, Kabupaten Kuningan. Terbatasnya pemasaran beras sebagai komoditas utama, berdampak pada masih rendahnya tingkat kesejahteraan petani. Dalam rangka meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani, maka alternatif pemasaran yang dapat dilakukan yaitu dengan menerapkan pemasaran secara online (digital marketing). Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode ceramah dan diskusi. Tahapan pelaksanaan yang dilakukan diantaranya persiapan, sosialisasi dan evaluasi. Sosialisasi yang dilakukan yaitu focus group discussion (FGD) dan pemaparan mengenai pemasaran online. Selama kegiatan pengabdian berlangsung, terlihat petani yang antusias terhadap materi yang disampaikan. Kegiatan ini meningkatkan pemahaman dan antusiasme petani terhadap pemasaran beras secara online baik melalui media sosial ataupun marketplace.
Financial literacy is very important for someone to make decisions, especially in relation to daily activities, making decisions about saving or investing to achieve certain goals. MSME entrepreneurs must have financial literacy to contribute to their business. Siteari Village is one of 19 villages in Darma District, Kuningan Regency, which has MSMEs with problems of lack of understanding regarding financial literacy, so counseling and financial management assistance is needed with the aim of having a significant impact on business continuity and development. The financial literacy outreach activity for the UMKM in Siteari Village was carried out on September 24, 2022, the implementation of the activity went well, was enthusiastically attended by UMKM players in Siteari Village and had an extraordinary role for MSMEs to get to know and be able to sell MSME bookkeeping better. Based on the results of interviews with the participants in Improving Understanding and Implementation of Financial Literacy at Umkm, Siteari Village, Darma District, Kuningan Regency, the participants gave satisfaction scores with the material presented.
