Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kepemilikan manajerial dan debt covenant berpengaruh terhadap tingkat konservatisme dalam laporan keuangan yang di laporkan oleh manajemen. Konservatisme merupakan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini yang diukur dengan net asset measure. Variabel independen yang diteliti antara lain kepemilikan manajerial dan debt covenant.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2010 - 2012. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap konservatisme akuntansi. Debt covenant berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap konservatsime akuntansi.Kata Kunci: Konservatisme akuntansi, Kepemilikan manajerial, Debt Covenant
Market value added merupakan selisih antara nilai pasar dari saham perusahaan dengan modal keseluruhan yang telah diinvestasikan oleh investor ke dalam perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh pengaruh Debt to Equity Ratio, Earning Per Share, Intellectual Capital, Managerial Ownership dan Institutional Ownership terhadap Market Value Added. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan seor industri barang konsumsi. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 22 perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari web Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel dengan menggunakan software e-views 9.0. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Debt to Equity Ratio, Managerial Ownership dan Institutional Ownership tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Market Value Added. Sedangkan Earning Per Share dan Intellectual Capital memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Market Value Added.
The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the effect of several financial ratios on going-concern audit opinions. The factors tested in this study are company growth, return on assets, leverage and the previous year's audit opinion as independent variables, while going concern audit opinion as the dependent variable. The data used in this study is secondary data with the sampling method used is the purposive sampling method. This study uses 28 samples of property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2013-2017. The analytical tool used is panel data logistic regression analysis and processed with Eviews 9.0. The test results show that the previous year's audit opinion has no effect on going concern audit opinion, while company growth, return on assets, and leverage have no effect on going concern audit opinion.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional dan ROE terhadap nilai perusahaan. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain kausalitas eksplanatoris. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI khususnya sektor tekstil dan garment periode 2010-2014.Hasil dari penelitian ini secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemilikan manajerial tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Dan variabel ROE berpengaruh positif signifikan nilai perusahaan.Temuan peneltian ini adalah tingkat penerapan GCG yang baik pada perusahaan tidak dilihat dari berapa besarnya kepemilikan saham salah satu pihak tertentu dalam perusahaan.
