Elektive Krankenhauspatienten nutzen verschiedene Signale und Indikatoren, um Vertrauen in einen geeigneten Leistungserbringer aufzubauen, da bei medizinischen Dienstleistungen durch die Dominanz von Vertrauenseigenschaften eine direkte Messung entscheidungsrelevanter Eigenschaften im Vorfeld weitestgehend unm?glich ist. Die Krankenhausumgebung erscheint dabei besonders geeignet, da diese fr?h im Interaktionsprozess bewertbar wird und zudem als eines von wenigen Qualit?tssignalen nur geringe Messkosten aufweist. Diese These best?tigt sich auch in den Ergebnissen einer diesbez?glich in zwei deutschen Krankenh?usern der Grund- und Regelversorgung bei 777 pr?station?ren Patienten durchgef?hrten Befragung. Neben der Kompetenz, der in den betrachteten Krankenh?usern t?tigen Mitarbeiter, erwiesen sich hier insbesondere die verschiedenen Aspekte der Krankenhausumgebung als besonders relevant f?r die patientenseitige Vertrauensbildung.
