O objetivo deste estudo é analisar as características relativas às vitimizações sexuais intrafamiliares cometidas contra grupos etários categorizados segundo o critério de idade estabelecido pelo Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente,atendidos no Centro de Referência da Criança e do Adolescente e nos Conselhos Tutelares de Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo, no período de 1995 a 2000. Identificou-se 234 agressões cometidas por 217 agressores contra 210 famílias e 226 vítimas. Foram vitimizadas 131 crianças (48,7%) e 95 adolescentes (41,2%) com predomínio do sexo feminino. Crianças com idade entre dez anos e um mês e 12 anos incompletos foram as mais atingidas (19,5%) e nos adolescentes, entre 12 e 14 anos completos (17,3%). A maioria das vítimas reside com famílias que possuem três (19,9%) ou quatro filhos (17,7%), sendo os primogênitos os mais agredidos (33,6%). Agressores únicos vitimizaram em sua maioria apenas uma vítima (86,7%). Pais (34,2%) e padrastos (30,3%) foram os que mais agrediram, com os primeiros vitimizando mais crianças (19,7%) e os segundos, adolescentes (17,1%).
Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar os meios coercitivos utilizados pelos ofensores sexuais e a produção de lesões não-genitais em mulheres crianças, adolescentes e adultas, vítimas de estupro e atentado violento ao pudor notificados pela Delegacia de Defesa da Mulher e examinados no Núcleo de Perícias Médico-Legais de Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo, Brasil, no período de 1996 a 2000. Na distribuição dos casos segundo a idade, utilizou-se o critério estabelecido pelo Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente. A violência física foi o constrangimento mais empregado contra adultas (44,1%) e adolescentes (25,0%), seguida da grave ameaça em 36,5% e 17,0% dos casos, respectivamente. A violência presumida pela innocentia consilii ocorreu em 94,1% das crianças e 42,8% das adolescentes. Lesões não-genitais de natureza leve foram evidenciadas em 7,8% dos casos, acometendo crianças (3,0%), adolescentes (7,2%) e adultas (14,4%), produzidas sem o uso de armas (75,0%). Quando utilizadas, constatou-se que o número de casos com lesões decresce frente ao emprego de facas (14,3%) e revólveres (10,7%) contra vítimas adultas e adolescentes.
Introduction: Forensic Dentistry is an area of Dentistry related to Law. Among its goals is the execution of human identification, defined as the process of determining the person’s identity. The forensic dentist uses, in this process, ante-mortem records and data for comparison with post-mortem information obtained from the examination of the body. Objective: To describe the process of identification of a charred corpse by using dental records. Case report: The human material remained from a charred corpse was sent to an anthropological and dental analysis for identification purposes. This employed the analysis of the corpse examination and odontological records. Conclusion: The identification of the victim in this case points out to the need of an interdisciplinary work between Forensic Medicine and Dentistry in situations which other routine identification processes cannot be applied, highlighting the importance of the Forensic dentist for the final solution of the case.
