Apoiado no Manifesto Contrasexual de Paul Preciado, o artigo objetiva analisar a relação entre normas de gênero e normas jurídicas à luz dos estudos no campo de gênero e sexualidade, bem como os efeitos dessa dupla normação nos corpos que escapam. O trabalho sugere que normas jurídicas e normas de gênero não se estranham porque a maneira com a qual construímos nosso acesso epistêmico do mundo está alicerçada em verdades hierárquicas, binárias e dicotômicas que ambas reiteram e legitimam. Nesse sentido, busca-se pensar a dildotopia com uma ameça epistêmica a desestabilizar tais lócus de saber nomardos.
Com base nas relações entre experiência e linguagem pensadas por Walter Benjamin e Giorgio Agamben, este artigo pretende apresentar a infância como um experimentum linguae que opera na cisão entre língua e discurso (semiótico e semântico), apontando assim para uma saída ética sempre aberta e potencial diante do vazio pressuponente da linguagem, reflexão que lança luz sobre uma das ideias mais obscuras de Benjamim, qual seja, a de violência pura. Para alcançar tal objetivo, o artigo se desenvolve em três pares temáticos: a) declínio da experiência e ciência moderna; b) infância e experimentum linguae; e c) crítica da violência e língua pura. Por fim, nas considerações finais, são esboçadas algumas possibilidades de modos de vida à altura do vazio insuprimível da linguagem.
