Zin Oxide nanocrystals were fabricated in Chemical Bath Deposition process by low temperature 95 CC, on glass substrates covered with thin film ofITO. Experiments were repeated for different time ofcrystal growth. The results were investigated with Scanning Electron Microscope and they show the way ofnanostructures growth. Experiment exhibits the speed ofnanoflowers growth and explains what cause the nanorods and what the nanoflower growth. It explains the direction ofgrowth and shape of the end product. In this paper were discussed the time of heating as a parameter with strong influence on the quality of crystal growth. Knowledge about influence of those parameters on the ZnO let us control the nanostructures growth.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
