SŁOWA KLUCZOWE: technologia grupowa, programowanie parametryczne, system CAM, obróbka CNC The application of available methods to NC programming for parts with replicate geometrical elements is comparatively analysed. The possibility for the use of parametric programming both in workshop operation mode and in the environment of CAM system were presented. The capability of editing generated program and syntax correction, the form of its input into machine memory as well as exemplary part program execution time are studied. SŁOWA KLUCZOWE: komputerowo wspomagane projektowanie procesów, obiekty elementarne TOE, sekwencje narzę-dziowe, parametry obróbki Presented is a selection method for determining the key process parameters for complex-shape pocket milling strategies using a definite tool set. The analysis concerning the influence of both axial and radial depth of cut on machining operation time was carried out in order to enable the selection of their proper setting values, considering the maximum effectiveness of selected tool sequence mostly in terms of time. KEYWORDS: CAPP, features, tool sequences, process parametersAdekwatny dobór narzędzi i parametrów obróbki ma kluczowe znaczenie dla efektywności realizacji procesów obróbki mechanicznej. Wspomagają wybór wariantu obróbki (w ramach jednej strategii spośród rozwiązań alternatywnych) zakładające-go wykorzystanie określonych narzędzi z ustalonymi parametrami technologicznymi. Metoda badań i przykład zastosowaniaOptymalną sekwencję narzędziową i parametry technologiczne wielozabiegowej operacji frezowania złożonych kieszeni, realizowanej w zakresie pojedynczego ustawienia przedmiotu, wyznacza się najczęściej z wykorzystaniem systemów komputerowych klasy CAM wspomagają-cych wytwarzanie [6,10]. W pracy [1] do analizy ilościowej strategii obróbkowych wykorzystano system CAM, zakła-dając w procesie obróbki kieszeni 2,5D jako technologicznych obiektów elementarnych (TOE) F = {f 1 , f 2 , … , f m } użycie narzędzi ze zbioru T = {t 1 , t 2 , … , t n } o średnicach d 1 > d 2 > …d n , z uwzględnieniem ograniczenia kolejności zabiegów wynikającego z zagnieżdżania cech TOE [1][2][3]5].
