Thermal conductivity measurements were made on many types of refractory brick including highalumina, fireclay, silica, chrome, magnesia, forsterite, zircon, silicon carbide, and insulating brick. These measurements, made with a modified ASTM C 20147 apparatus, covered mean specimen temperatures of 200' to 2000'F.
