The compounds identified in the oil are a-pinene, myrcene, a-terpinene, P-phellandrene, dipentene, y-terpinene, p-cymene, a-terpineol, aromadendrene. a selinene, cadinene and kaurene or phyllocladepe. The substance known as ' y-podocarprene' is a diterpene alcohol.
