Durch sterische Blockierung und/oder Einbau in fünfgliedrige Ringsysteme stabilisierte Germylene, X2Ge, reagieren mit Azidoverbindungen, YN3, in Abhängigkeit von der Raumerfüllung der Substituenten X und Y zu Iminogermanen X2 Ge=NY (1, 2), Azidogermanen, X2Ge(N3)NY2 (6′8), Tetrazagermolen, X2Ge‐(–NY–N=)2 (10–16), bzw. Hexaazadigermadispirododecanen, [(NRCH2CH2NR )Ge(μ‐NY–)]2 (17, 18). NMR‐(1H, 13C, 14N, 15N und 29Si), MS‐Daten und Röntgenstrukturanalysen für die Verbindungen 8, 9, 16 und 18 sind angegeben.
Umsetzungen von dilithiiertem 1,2‐Phenylendiamin, N,N′‐Dimethylphenylendiamin, 1,2‐Dimercaptobenzol, 3,4‐Dimercaptotoluol und N‐Methyl‐2‐aminothiophenol mit dem Germaniumdichlorid‐Dioxan‐Komplex führen zu cyclischen Germylenen vom Germaindantyp (1–5). Als Nebenprodukte (durch Erhitzen) entstehen aus diesen Germylenen entsprechende 2,2′‐Spirobi(2‐germaindane) (6–9). Die Verbindungen sind analytisch sowie Massen‐ und NMR (1H, 13C) spektroskopisch charakterisiert. Von 7 liegt eine Röntgenstrukturanalyse vor.
Brom(i‐propoxy)silane, (i‐PrO)nSiBr4–n, werden aus SiBr4 und 2‐Propanol in Gegenwart von Triethylamin erhalten. Brom(t‐butoxy)silane, (t‐BuO)nSiBr4–n, werden aus SiBr4 und t‐BuOK synthetisiert. 2,4,6‐(t‐Bu)3C6H2OSiBr3 entsteht aus 2,4,6‐(t‐Bu)3C6H2OLi und SiBr4. Durch Umsetzung lithiierter Amine mit SiBr4 erhält man Amino(brom)silane, (R1R2N)nSiBr4–n. Die Umsetzung von (RO)3SiBr mit ClB(NR1R2)2 führt in Gegenwart von Kalium in Hexan zu (RO)3SiB‐(NR1R2)2. Entsprechende Umsetzungen mit (RO)2SiBr2 geben Produktgemische, in denen Verbindungen mit den Bindungssequenzen
nachgewiesen werden. Die Verbindungen sind massen‐ und NMR‐spektroskopisch und – soweit rein isolierbar – analytisch charakterisiert.
