The aim of this research is to identify spatial pattern of food insecurity based on neighbors analysis concept by using Moran's I Method. Besides it, this research is to know whether neighbors analysis concept can be used to be the correlation indicator spatially for food insecurity in an area compared to another area. From FSVA, 2009, the research used seven indicators and the research areas are 19 districts in Boyolali Regency. Based on Neighbors analysis concept by using Moran's I method, there are some district in Boyolali regency, 2008, which is categorized as potentially food insecure area, there are Wonosegoro, Kemusu, Ampel dan Cepogo districts. While on 2009-2010 there are 5 districts, Wonosegoro, Kemusu, Ampel, Cepogo dan Sambi. From this research, the index of Moran's 9 indicators the index is about +1, it means that the indicators has a high correlation. Based on Moran's Index, the indicators which has correlation of the food insecurity in Boyolali Regency from 2008-2010 are Habitant percentage which live below the poor level and limited electricity access in the areas. .
This study aims to develop a GIS application to detect the possible formation of brown planthoppers (BPH) (Nilaparvata lugens.Stal) endemic areas based on spatial trend, hierarchical effects and risks areas caused of spatial connectivity in a particular area. The study was conducted through five stages: (1) the collection and preprocessing of research data, (2) database development, (3) the creation of the component class Exponential Smoothing, Weight Metrics and Getis Ord, (4) development of a Early Warning class and GIS applications, and (5) information visualization in the form of graphs, maps and tables. The results show that the software component in this study; the class prediction engine; Getis Ord class and class early detection function optimally generate predictive, endemic regions and early warning information on the period ahead.
<p>Hampir semua konstruksi bangunan bertingkat memerlukan pondasi tiang pancang untuk mendukung beban di atasnya. Alat pancang yang dapat digunakan adalah <em>drop hammer</em>, <em>single-acting hammer</em>, <em>double-acting hammer</em>, <em>differential-acting</em>, <em>diesel hammer</em>, <em>vibratory hammer, dan hydraulic jacking-in pile.</em>Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilihan alat pancang. Metoda <em>AHP</em> (<em>Analytic Hierarchy Process</em>) yang diaplikasikan dengan <em>software Expert Choice (EC)</em> dapat membantu memilih alat pancang yang cocok. Proyek pemancangan di Pabrik Gula Trangkil menggunakan alat <em>hydraulic jack-in pile</em>. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memeriksa alternatif pemilihan alat pancang menggunakan <em>software Expert Choice</em> (<em>EC</em>). Metodologi penelitian ini dibagi dalam 3 tahap yaitu tahap pertama adalah studi pustaka dan survai awal, tahap kedua adalah pengumpulan data, dan tahap ketiga adalah analisis dan kesimpulan. Pemancangan sampai kedalaman 12 m pada jenis tanah lanau menggunakan tiang pancang beton ukuran 25 x 25 cm. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa alat pancang yang cocok adalah <em>hydraulic jacking-in pile </em>dengan tingkat kecocokan 44,5%. Sedangkan tingkat kecocokan alat yang lain adalah 28,7% untuk <em>diesel hammer</em> dan 26,9% untuk <em>vibratory hammer</em>.</p><strong>Kata k</strong>u<strong>nci</strong>: <em>AHP</em>, alat pancang, <em>EC</em>.
Petra Christian University Student Executive Board (BEM) needs an administrative and project management system that can help managing the activities. This Board was having a problem of coordination on managing the activities they have. The tight schedule of each member of the executive staffs who comes from different departments has created this problem. To answer the above problem, an administrative and project management system is developed to help PCU BEM managing each of their activities. The scope of the system covers access privileges, job divisions and task assignments, proposal creation and budgeting arrangements of the implementation of each activity. The application is developed as a web-based system using Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004, PHP and JavaScript programming language and MySQL database system. The system testing concludes that the application is able to support the performances of the BEM executive staff members in managing their activities. The detailed job divisions let the implementation process of each activity be easily viewed by each executive staff member.
