Sulfone als chemische Transportformen germicid wirkender Stoffe'), 8. Mitt. Sulfones as Chemical Carriers of Substances with Germicid Activity, VIII: Sulfonyl Derivatives of the Mannich Bases of Quinaldme, Pyrrole and Phenol The title compounds 7,12 and 15 are formed by Mannich reaction of the corresponding sulfones 9,ll and 14. Compounds 18 and 21 were prepared by addition of sulfinic acids to the unsaturated Mannich bases 17 and 20.Vor einiger Zeit haben wir von Sulfonyl-ketonfiannich-basen der Struktur 1 und 2 berichtet2) : 1 7.
Sulfonyl Derivatives of N-Mannich BasesThe title compounds 4 are formed by Mannich reaction with (3-sulfonylcarboxamides 3. The a-aminosulfones 6 were prepared in a reversible reaction from sulfinic acid 2 with bis-imido Mannich bases 5.In den beiden vorangegangenen Mitteilungen wurde uber die Darstellung einiger Sulfonylderivate von Chinaldin-, Pyrrol-, Phenol')-und Keton2)-Mannich-Basen berichtet.
