Die Elimination von Etofenamat in die Milch von Ziegen wurde nach i.m.‐ und p.o.‐Verabreichung und in der Brustmilch von Wöchnerinnen nach p.o.‐Applikation des Wirkstoffes geprüft. Nach der sehr hohen Dosis von 65 mg Etofenamat/kg Ziege wurden 20‐60 μg Etofenamat plus ein Etofenamat‐Metabolit/1 Milch eliminiert. Stillende Mütter scheiden nach Applikation von 300 mg Etofenamat insgesamt 1–14 μg Flufenaminsäure mit der Milch aus. Diese minimale Elimination in die Milch hat keine praktische Bedeutung. Etofenamat kann daher bei stillenden Müttern angewendet werden.
