This paper is dedicated to study the nuclear energy loss in amorphous targets SiO2, LiF and Kapton for different charged incident particles at energy E > 0.01 keV, by using Monte Carlo simulations. The nuclear stopping power and mean range are investigated. However, the nuclear stopping power and its maximum increases with increasing the atomic number of charged particles. All results are compared with existing SRIM data, PSTAR and ASTAR values. Finally, using the Monte-Carlo simulation, a determination was also made of mean range of ions in amorphous targets at energies from 10 to 400 keV. Our results were compared with experimental data.
