Abstrak: Pendidikan jasmani akan merupakan bagian yang sangat vital dan bermakna di sekolah jika dibimbing secara layak, salah satu kontribusi mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani dan kesehatan di sekolah terutama di sekolah dasar (SD) terhadap prestasi olahraga adalah membekali murid dalam pengembangan fisik dan mental. Mengingat usia sekolah dasar berkisar antara 6-12 tahun adalah usia yang tepat untuk memberikan landasan kuat dalam pengembangan gerak, tentu memerlukan penanganan yang lebih professional dalam latihan olahraga. Pada usia 6-12 adalah usia penanganan Penjas yang akan menentukan tingkat keberhasilan dalam pencapaian prestasi dimasa yang akan datang. Kebutuhan untuk melengkapi siswa dengan pengalaman cabang olahraga dalam pendidikan jasmani secara ilmiah dan universal merupakan modal utama dalam pembentukan komponen fisik dan fisiologi untuk mencapai prestasi olahraga. Pendidikan jasmani akan membantu mewujudkan tujuan-tujuan yang menyangkut perkembangan sosial, kerjasama, kesan tentang pribadi yang menyenangkan, pengambilan keputusan, kreatif, keterampilan motorik, kesegaran jasmani, pemahaman tentang gerakan manusia dan yang lebih utama menuju prestasi olahraga. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keterampilan teknik dasar sepak sila pada permainan sepak takraw pada mahasiswa Penjaskes Kampus Indralaya, kampus Palembang dan Kampus Ex POI Jakabaring Universitas Sriwijaya. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa putri program studi Penjaskes yang mengikuti mata kuliah sepak takraw semester genap 2020/2021 berjumlah 47 orang yang terdiri dari mahasiswa kampus Indralaya, Palembang dan ex POI Jakabaring. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan menggunakan instrumen tes yang berupa keterampilan sepak sila sepak takraw. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dengan metode persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tingkat keterampilan teknik dasar sepaksila Mahasiswa 1) kampus Indaralaya 11.76 % berkategori sangat baik, 17.64 % berkategori baik, 11.76 % berkategori sedang, 29.41. % berkategori kurang, dan 29.41 % berkategori sangat kurang. 2) Kampus Palembang 9.09 % berkategori sangat baik, 18.18 % berkategori baik, 9.09 % berkategori sedang, 18.18. % berkategori kurang, 45.45 % berkategori sangat kurang. 3) Kampus Ex POI, 5.26 % berkategori sangat baik, 5.26 % berkategori baik, 15.78 % berkategori sedang, 31.57 % berkategori kurang, dan 42,10% berkategori sangat kurang.
This study aims to produce audiovisual based learning media during Covid-19 Pandemic to improve the Sepaktakraw basic technique in Physical Education, Sport, Health and Recreation Students in Sriwijaya University with a total of 41 students by using a limited trial (small group) to 11 students and a vast trial (large group) by using 30 students. Analysing technique in this research is a linear regression model. The results in this study indicate that the implementation of audiovisual media based learning process with Sepaktakraw basic technique is used in Physical Education, Sport, Health and Recreation Students of Sriwijaya University. According to material experts of obtained a percentage of 88% (very good) and media experts of obtained of 84,61% (very good) category. The pre-test results was found to have average value of 64,67 and the post-test result was found to have average value of 90,80 with F count < 0,05, that means is a significant difference between student knowledge before and after watching the video of Sepaktakraw basic technique. It can be concluded that audiovisual based learning of media to improve Sepaktakraw game technique in Physical Education, Sport, Health and Recreation Students in Sriwijaya University are valid, practical and feasible to use.
This study aims to determine the effect of jumping rope exercise on the results of the lay-up shoot ability of basketball players at Club Tunas Academy Lahat. This study uses an experimental method with Quasi Experiment Design. This research is quantitative research that uses the research design method "One Group Pretest - Posttest Design. The sample used is 30 players consisting of 15 male players and 15 female players. There are two assessments in this study, namely the player's basketball lay-up shooting ability and the results of the basketball lay-up shoot ability. The analysis technique uses the "t-test" method. After doing the exercises and doing the posttest, there was an average increase of 7.73 for the ability to move the lay-up shoot for basketball and 2.47 for the average increase in the lay-up shoot ability for basketball. As well as the results of the hypothesis for the ability to shoot basketball lay ups, the value of tcount is greater than ttable, which is 21.376 > 1.70, and so is the hypothesis that the results of the basketball lay-up shoot ability are 17.409 > 1.70 then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, p. This shows that the jump rope training method influences the results of the lay-up shoot ability of basketball. The implication of this research is that jumping rope exercises can be used in lay-up shoots in basketball games.Key words: skipping, lay-up, basketball.
Abstrak : Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh latihan menggunakan raket tenis lapangan terhadap hasil pukulan overhead lob bulutangkis. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian quasi Eksperimen dengan menggunakan rancangan pre-test – post-test randomized control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa putra SMP Negeri 36 Palembang yang berjumlah 282 siswa, teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan random sampling atau teknik acak dan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 60 siswa atau 21,28 % dari 282 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah hasil pukulan overhead lob bulutangkis dengan bentuk latihan meggunakan raket tenis lapangan dan hasil dari pre-test dirankingkan dari data terkecil hingga data terbesar. Setelah itu sampel dibagi kedalam 2 kelompok yaitu kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol dengan cara ordinal pairing. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji “ t ”. Berdasarkan analisis data hasil penelitian didapatkan t hitung sebesar (6,83), sementara t table sebesar (1.671), maka t hitung (6,83) > t table (1,671). Hasil penelitian berpengaruh jika t hitung > t table. Dengan demikian hipotesis diterima, dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh latihan menggunakan raket tenis lapangan terhadap hasil pukulan overhead lob bulutangkis pada siswa SMP Negeri 36 Palembang. The purpose of this study was to determine the exercise motivation of the students of SMP Negeri 3 Plakat Tinggi. This research method will use a survey method with a quantitative descriptive approach with survey techniques. The population is 112 students, and the research sample is 73 students. Collecting research data using a motivational exercise questionnaire with a validity and reliability level of 0.708 with a Likert scale. Analysis of research data using percentage descriptive analysis. The results of this study are a) Motivation to exercise motivation to exercise students of SMP Negeri 3 Plakat Tinggi based on intrinsic factors is 79.2 with a high category. b) Motivation to exercise motivation to exercise students of SMP Negeri 3 Plakat Tinggi based on extrinsic factors is 62.5 with a fairly high category. c) The motivation to exercise for the students of SMP Negeri 3 Plakat Tinggi is 70.5 with a fairly high category. The implication of this research is that by knowing the level of students' motivation to exercise, teachers must maintain and increase students' motivation in exercising.
The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of Physical Fitness and Learning Motivation on Physical Education Learning Achievement. Based on the research goals, this study used quantitative (associative) multiple linear regression methods. This study was conducted in SMPN 18 Padang. The population was the student of class 17, who participated in an extracurricular program. The sample was taken by total sampling technique and with a total of 39 students. Physical Fitness was measured by the TKJI test, Learning Motivation was measured by a questionnaire, and Physical Education Achievement was taken from the test result of Physical Education Learning Achievement of the semester II periods. Before processing the data, several tests were made in advance, which was: the normality residual test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. The results of data analysis show that: (1) Physical Fitness influence Physical Education Learning Achievement (sig 0.00<0.05). (2) Leaning Motivation influence toward Physical Education Learning Achievement (sig 0.04 <0.05). (3) Physical Fitness and Leaning Motivation simultaneously affect Physical education Learning Achievement (sig 0.00 <0.05).
