Globalization and the consequent advancement of information and communication technologies have led to organizations the need to reinvent themselves, seeking their competitive permanency in the world market. Among the various factors that effectively corroborate development of a company are employees, intellectual capital, which need to remain continuously trained and ready to respond to new industrial and commercial demands imposed by customers, suppliers, shareholders, government and several other actors. One option to solve or at least reduce the existing gap between the ongoing training of employees and market requirements is the Corporate Education-EC, promoting the development of employees and enabling them to act in their roles within the expected standards. This qualitative research, through a single case study examined an organization installed in the city of Manaus, collecting data from institutional documents and was used time series analysis technique seeking to understand the evolution of the organization over time. The results showed that the implementation of the Corporate Education has promoted greater motivation among employees, reduced turnover and increased productivity, contributing to the literature, suggesting new research and presenting the importance of the EC to the current context of the country.
