Background: Hypertension is an increase in blood pressure both diastolic and systolic which disappear or persist with increasing blood pressure -> 140/90 mmHg. In Indonesia reaching 32% of the total population, hypertension sufferers amounting to 15 million but only 4% are under controlled hypertension Pantoloan Puskesmas data with 2018 new cases based on visits to services totaling 218 cases. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of providing progressive muscle relaxation therapy on blood pressure in hypertensive patients in the Pantaraan Puskesmas working area. Method: This type of analytic research, true experimental design with pretest- posttest control design. The population of hypertension sufferers in Pantoloan is 218 people. The sampling technique of this study was purposive sampling, as many as 14 patients with hypertension were divided into 2 groups, namely therapy and control. Result: Paired t-test results are P value = 0.005 and 0.047 for the morning and P Value = 0.001 and 0.000 in the afternoon (<0.05) so that statistically there is an influence on the provision of progressive muscle relaxation therapy in patients with hypertension in Huntara region Pantoloan Puskesmas work. The conclusion in this study is that there is a significant effect of progressive muscle relaxation therapy on blood pressure in patients with hypertension in the Pantoloan Puskesmas Work Area. Conclusion: Suggestions for puskesmas are expected to be useful as an alternative to providing non-pharmacological therapy to hypertensive patients in addition to ongoing medical therapy
Mempelajari dan mengkaji aspek-aspek yang memengaruhi turnover karyawan pada PT. Nusapala Group merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Untuk studi ini dipilih sebanyak 28 karyawan PT. Nusapala Group. Pendekatan kuantitatif yang diaplikasikan dalam riset ini didasarkan pada berbagai model regresi linier yang dibangun dari kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden yang telah ditentukan. Uji hipotesis tradisional seperti multikolinearitas, normalitas, dan heteroskedastisitas, serta uji simultan (uji F) dan uji parsial (uji t) pengujian dan pengelolaan hipotesis dengan SPSS 26.0, termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Analisis regresi menunjukkan pentingnya stres di tempat kerja sebagai variabel bebas, serta kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi sebagai faktor independen, dan turnover intention sebagai variabel dependen. Menurut analisis regresi, itu memiliki pengaruh yang cukup besar pada niat beralih, dan pengujian bersamaan (simultan) menampilkan hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel bebas dan terikat. Hasil analisis regresi stress kerja, kepuasan kerja dan komitment organisasi menujukan hasil signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan pengujian secara bersama-sama menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen. The development of information and communication technology brings very fast changes at this time, many people use the internet for buying and selling transactions. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of security and trust on repurchase intention at e-commerce Shopee, partially or collectively. The method used in this research is regression. By using the independent variables of security and trust while the dependent variable uses repurchase intention. This study used a sample of 155 people from a student population who had shopped online at Shopee in the West Jakarta area. As for the results, trust has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, while security has no effect on repurchase intention. simultaneously (together) security and trust have a significant effect on Repurchase Intention.
