This paper’s aim is to investigate the role of creativity and pervasive learning in a modern education paradigm. The research was conducted by relevant literature review along with reflective analysis on sub-context such as creativity, educational development, pedagogical methods, important factors behind of creativity development and technology-learning systems affects. Various issues may become a supportive factor or barrier for creativity development in educational processes. Technology in an education field provides many opportunities for creativity enhancement, among which supports to enhance curiosity to develop some skills to improve student's cognitive processes and engagement as well as to increase intrinsic motivation, self-regulation. Authors attempted to consider all the benefits, challenges and risks related to enhancing creativity with the help of technology in modern educational paradigm. Many studies have been analyzed in order to answer main research question: How technology-pervasive learning environment can enhance stimulation and development of creativity among students?
This paper aims to discover the relationship between critical thinking and creativity and empirically measure the level of their development among youngsters for knowledge generation and dissemination in education. Authors attempted to explore the relationships between critical thinking and creativity from both theoretical and empirical perspectives. The research background was constructed by relevant literature review on creative potential, critical abilities, as well as relationships between them and their role in learning processes along with knowledge acquisition and management. In order to empirically investigate the relationships between the variables, the authors performed a survey, gathered the data (findings) and conducted statistical analysis with using SPSS software. This research as preliminary study concentrates to explore the quality of the relations between the variables among young generation (220 participants: 86 female, 134 male). The primary findings show that existing relationships between all studied constructs are complex and influenced by other variables such as personality, social environment, educational system, technology usage and knowledge generation, teacher's philosophy etc. It was discovered that gender has a significant impact on critical thinking skills and creativity. Therefore it ensures of knowledge creation and sharing in modern educational era.
The emerging interest in creativity and innovation subjects have increased attention to the exploration of their relationship with organization culture, entrepreneurship, leadership, education, etc. The current bibliometric study was employed to identify and synthesize the results from studies exploring domains of creativity and innovation. Authors analyzed the papers published in highly ranked and cited by the journals which indexed and ranked in Web of Science Core Collection, in the period of 2010 to 2019. Major findings in this study include: (a) the number for journals published in 2010 significantly increase by 2019; (b) there are three leading countries publishing research in the creativity and innovation field, including the USA, PR China and England; (c) there three prominent fields by subject category, including the management and business are the leading field with 58.92% articles, a psychological area with 15.14% articles, and engineering and environmental studies 8.65% articles; (d) among Journal the leading in publishing studies on creativity and innovations is Creativity and Innovation Management Journal with 11 records (6% of published studies). Although findings were dispersed widely in sub-contexts, the review suggests that there are strong relationships between creativity and innovations, along with concepts and environment, culture, organizational characteristics, individual features, entrepreneurship, leadership, etc.
