Introduction. The culture of peace in Colombia is a structural context, according to the UN. This sustainability and research process for peace provides profound social, cultural and human consequences that must be approached from resignification and transformation scenarios and from educative institutions, especially in the higher education, because it influences many realities. Objective. To develop a third-level academic context to strengthen the scientific development in the education field. Results. The consolidation of the advanced academic programs is a way to form and educate a critical mass of teachersand professional who should be able to facilitate environments of social respect and human recognition.
