Тканинна гіпоксія і асоційовані з нею зміни гомеостазу при вібраційних навантаженнях у спортсменівВивчали ефективність та механізми впливу на фізичну працездатність спортсменів-веслувальників вібраційних навантажень у режимі «вібрація всього тіла» (WBV) з частотою 50 Гц, амплітудою 30 мм і часом роботи 30 хв після кожного стандартного тренувального заняття протягом 3 тиж. Встановлено, що WBV викликають виникнення гіпоксії, що підтверджується зростанням у сироватці крові спортсменів вмісту індукованого гіпоксією фактора 1α (HIF-1α) з 0,89±0,03 на початку до 1,31±0,01 нг×мл -1 на момент закінчення дослідження, що суттєво вище, ніж у контролі (1,04±0,02 нг×мл -1 ). Водночас активується такий HIF-1α-залежний процес, як еритропоез: вміст еритроцитів збільшується на кінець дослідження з 5,01±0,23×10 12 ·до 6,04±0,11×10 12 ·л -1 (у контролі до 5,23±0,12×10 12 ·л -1 ). Інтенсифікація ангіогенних стимулів під впливом гіпоксії проявляється достовірним підвищенням (до 62,3±6,8 пг×мл -1 ) у сироватці крові вмісту фактора росту ендотелію судин (VEGF) майже удвічі щодо вихідних значень. Показано, що вібраційні навантаження не сприяють виникненню окисного стресу, який є відомим ерголітичним фактором (знижує фізичну працездатність), а, навпаки, активують неферментативну ланку власної антиоксидантної системи, що виражається у зростанні вмісту відновленого глутатіону в клітинних мембранах. Встановлено також зниження вираженості ендогенної токсичності та покращення гуморального імунітету та, як наслідок -підвищення показників фізичної працездатності і змагальної діяльності спортсменів.
