ÖzMarka sadakati, özellikle ürün farklılıklarının yok denecek kadar az olduğu ve rekabetin yoğun olarak yaşandığı pazarlarda işletmelerin pazar paylarını korumak, yeni pazarlara nüfuz etmek ve sürdürülebilir karlılık ile rekabet avantajı sağlaması açısından büyük önem arz etmektedir. İşletmelerin, markalarına sadık tüketiciler yaratmak için marka sadakatini etkileyen faktörleri bilmeleri marka sadakatinin oluşturulması yönüyle ilk basamağı oluşturmaktadır. Tüketicilerin kişilik özelliklerinin satın alma karar sürecinde tüketicinin ürün veya marka tercihini önemli ölçüde etkilediği yadsınamaz bir gerçektir. Bu amaçla çalışmamız tüketicilerin kişilik özellikleriyle marka sadakati arasında bir ilişkinin olup olmadığı konusu üzerine odaklanmıştır. Veriler Kayseri'de okuyan 582 üniversite öğrencisine anket yöntemi uygulanarak elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen verilerin analizleri sonucunda marka sadakati ile uyumluluk arasında negatif yönlü bir ilişki saptanmış olup diğer bağımsız değişkenler ile arasında anlamlı bir ilişkiye rastlanmamıştır. Ayrıca katılımcıların demografik özelliklerinden aylık harcama tutarı ile marka sadakati arasında da istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur.
Yeşil tedarik zinciri yönetimini konu edinen bu çalışmanın amacı yeşil tedarik zinciri yönetimi uygulamaları hakkında bilgi vermek ve mevcut durumda işletmelerin yeşil tedarik zinciri yönetimini uygulama noktasında karşılaştıkları zorlukları ve/veya engelleri ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda ilgili literatüre dayalı kapsamlı bir araştırma yapılmış, yeşil tedarik zinciri yönetimi ayrıntılı bir şekilde açıklanmış ve yeşil tedarik zinciri yönetiminin benimsenmesinde etkili faktörler ile benimsenmesini zorlaştıran engeller belirlenmiştir. Son olarak çalışmanın kısıtlarından bahsedilmiş ve gelecekte yapılacak çalışmalar için birtakım öneriler geliştirilmiştir.
Social media networks, besides being an area where users communicate and share with each other, have become one of the important promotion activities of businesses. Businesses are trying to influence the purchasing behavior of consumers by using the advertising element effectively in social media networks. Hedonic and impulse buying behaviors can be expressed as important buying behaviors that are becoming increasingly widespread among consumers today. This study, focused on investigating the correlation among that despite the growing prevalence of digital technological developments, social media advertising which has seen little work done in scientific journals the impulse buying and hedonic buying behavior that has become a common phenomenon in the purchasing decision process. In this context, it is thought that the findings will contribute to the relevant literature. The data within the extent of the study were obtained by applying the survey method. In total, 992 survey data were obtained. The result, it is concluded that social media ads have a positive predictive effect on impulse and hedonic buying behavior. In addition, the partial mediation effect of hedonic buying behavior has been determined in this relationship.
Objectives: The study focused on the relationship of individuals’
attitudes towards the COVID-19 outbreak in social media networks and the
frequency of social media use associated with the outbreak with e-health
literacy and COVID-19 preventive health behavior. Methods: The data of
the study were obtained by applying the survey method. The data were
collected using the convenience sampling technique. Within the scope of
the study, 773 survey data were obtained. A mediation analysis using
multiple regression was performed for the analysis of the data. Results:
The results obtained in the analysis, the attitudes of individuals
towards social media during the epidemic has a significant and positive
predictive effect on e-health literacy (R2: 0.1468, F: 133.223, p
<0.05) and preventive health behavior (R2: 0.0489, F: 39.621,
p <0.05). Conclusion: In the analysis conducted, the attitudes
towards social media of individuals has significant and positive effects
on e-health literacy and preventive COVID-19 health behavior. In
addition, it was concluded that individuals’ frequency of social media
use during the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak had a positive and significant
relationship with e-health literacy and COVID-19 preventive health
behavior.
