HighlightsOsteochondroma is a benign cartilaginous tumour that rarely affects the scapula.We present a rare case of osteochondroma with winging of scapula, present in his fourth decade of life.This symptomatic scapular osteochondroma exhibited positive radiological findings.The patient was treated surgically and recovered fully, with no recurrence.This report increases awareness of unusual osteochondroma sites and features.
