Angka kejadian infeksi bayi baru lahir di Indonesia berkisar antara 24% hingga 34%, dan hal ini merupakan penyebab kematian yang kedua setelah Asfeksia neonatorum yang berkisar antara 49% hingga 60% . Sebagian besar infeksi bayi baru lahir adalah Tetanus neonatorum yang ditularkan melalui tali pusat, karena pemotongan dengan alat tidak suci hama, infeksi juga dapat terjadi melalui pemakaian obat, bubuk, talk atau daun-daunan yang digunakan masyarakat dalam merawat tali pusat. Tahun 2010 Word Health Organization menemukan angka kematian bayi sebesar 560.000 yang disebabkan oleh infeksi tali pusat. Di Asia Tenggara Angka kematian bayi karena infeksi talipusat sebesar 126.000. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tehnik perawatan tali pusat yang sesuai agar mempercepat proses pelepasan tali pusat pada bayi baru lahir. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian quasieksperimen design dengan perlakuan perawatan tali pusat terbuka pada kelompok perlakuan dan perawatan tali pusat tertutup pada kelompok kontrol. Subyek dalam penelitian semua bayi baru lahir yang dilahirkan di BPM Nor Asiyah berusia 0 hari sampai pelepasan tali pusat dengan jumlah sampel 20 per kelompok dengan tehnik sampling non probability sampling yaitu Consecutive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan. mann-whitney. Hasil yang diperoleh pada kelompok perawatan tali pusat terbuka, pelepasan tali pusat lebih cepat dengan nilai significancy 0.022. Karena pvalue<0.05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan bermakna lama pelepasan tali pusat antara perawatan tali pusat terbuka dengan perawatan tali pusat tertutup.
Sejak masuk di Indonesia, pandemic covid 19 menimbulkan perubahan semua tatanan kehidupan meliputi tatanan pendidikan, sosial, budaya, politik dan keagamaan. Pandemi Covid 19 juga menimbulkan kekhawatiran pada setiap orang tidak terkecuali ibu hamil. Berbagai upaya pelayanan kesehatan, termasuk pemeriksaan kehamilan disesuaikan dengan kondisi pandemic untuk mengurangi penularan dan penyebaran covid 19.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur perbedaan skor kecemasan ibu hamil selama masa pandemi covid 19 berdasarkan pengalaman melahirkan.Desain penelitian ini adalah studi cross sectional. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara membagikan kuesioner tertutup kepada ibu hamil trimester 1 sampai dengan trimester 3 di kabupaten Kudus yang telah direkrut melalui bidan di masing-masing fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Data yang diperoleh dilakukan seleksi untuk memilih data yang sesuai, kemudian dilakukan coding. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney untuk mengetahui perbedaan kecemasan pada ibu.Hasil penelitian diperoleh skor kecemasan ibu hamil berbeda-beda selama pandemic berlangsung dari kondisi tidak cemas, cemas ringan, sedang maupun cemas berat. Hasil uji statistik menunjukan tidak terdapat perbedaan skor kecamasan pada ibu hamil berdasarkan pengalaman melahirkan. Namun demikian, kami menyarankan bahwa selama pandemi masih berlangsung penerapan protocol pencegahan penularan covid 19 tetap harus dipatuhi. Perlu dilakukan penilaian pada persepsi ibu hamil, dukungan keluarga dan status pekerjaan.
Covid-19 merupakan penyakit infeksi yang disebabkan oleh virus. Sampai saat ini Covid-19 masih mewabah di seluruh dunia bahkan Indonesia merupakan salah satu Negara yang sangat terdampak oleh virus ini. Dampak yang diakibatkan oleh Covid-19 meluas mulai dari sektor pendidikan, ekonomi dan kesehatan. Covid-19 menular sangat cepat dan menyerang pada semua usia dan kalangan bahkan dapat menyerang pada masa reproduksi yaitu pada ibu hamil, bersalin, nifas dan bayi baru lahir. Meskipun belum ada bukti kuat terkait penularan Covid-19 terhadap ibu hamil dan bersalin, namun pada kenyataannya angka morbiditas dan mortalitas ibu dan bayi akibat Covid-19 cukup tinggi. Hampir dua juta kasus kematian bayi baru lahir terjadi setiap tahunnya, dengan satu kematian bayi setiap 16 detik, demikian menurut laporan Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa (PBB). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat implikasi atau dampak Covid-19 pada persalinan. Metode penelitian menggunakan artikel review dari jurnal. Pencarian jurnal dilakukan sejak tanggal 15-20 Februari 2021 dengan kata kunci Implikasi Covid-19 pada persalinan, referensi yang digunakan sebagai sumber berjumlah 12 jurnal yang diambil dari jurnal PubMed dan Web Page. Beberapa hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ibu bersalin dengan Covid-19 tidak dapat menularkan kepada bayi yang baru saja dilahirkan, tetapi ada beberapa penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa kehamilan dengan Covid-19 meningkatkan risiko terjadinya persalinan prematur dan persalinan dengan sectio secaria. Untuk mencegah penularan dari ibu ke bayi yang telah dilahirkan maka direkomendasikan untuk menerapkan protokol kesehatan dengan cara melakukan pemisahan ibu dan bayi.
Background: Pregnancy is a fisiologis process, but midwifery care is needed by mother to evaluated that pregnancy. Midwife is a person who given midwifery care to improved the healthy pregnant. During pregnancy, the body will be change that caused discomforted for mother and influenced several factor such us hormonal condition. Yoga is the one of activity that might do for all of people including pregnant woman. Yoga for pregnant or prenatal yoga can decrease physicly discomfort for pregnant mother and can made better feeling. The purposes is to measure relationship of prenatal yoga and maternal wellbeing.Methods: The research used pre and post data designe. 30 pregnant were had participant by research. The population were taken in Budi luhur clinic Kudus district during 2017. Purposive sampling and marginal homogeneity test is used.Result: The research obtained maternal health condition before prenatal yoga have one until three pregnancy complaints is 69% and 31% maternal have more than 3 pregnancy complaints. Mother who practiced prenatal yoga 58.6% didn’t have pregnancy complaints and 41% had one until three pregnancy complaints. The statistic test marginal homogeneity obtained p value 0.000.Conclusions: Prenatal yoga is relatively effective to decrease pregnancy complaints. Mother who practiced prenatal yoga during pregnancy less pregnancy complaints.Keywords: prenatal yoga, pregnancy complaints
Latar Belakang: AKI di Indonesia kebanyakan disebabkan oleh perdarahan, salah satu penyebab perdarahan yaitu Laserasi perineum. Untuk mengurangi drajat laserasi perineum, sebaiknya perineum tidak terlalu cepat dan juga tidak terlalu lambat dilalui oleh kepala janin. Batuk provokasi pada fase ekspulsi janin merupakan perbuatan untuk membangkitkan suatu rangkaian reflek batuk yang akan menyebabkan kontraksi otot rangka. Kontraksi ini akan menyebabkan tekanan intra abdominal dan tekanan intra torakal meningkat yang berakibat terjadinya desakan pada janin sehingga akan terjadi ekspulsi janin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah batuk provokatif mampu mengurangi derajat laserasi perineum. Metode: Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara Quasi eksperimental designs, Subjek penelitian adalah parturient yang melahirkan di BPM Nor Asiyah, yang memenuhi kriteria tertentu seperti usia kehamilan matur, pasien dapat dikondisikan untuk batuk provokatif, bidan mengetahui saat pembukaan lengkap, Berat bayi Normal. Usia ibu tidak termasuk resiko tinggi, lama mengejan tidak melebihi 60 menit untuk multi dan tidak lebih dari 120 menit untuk primi. Responden sebanyak 40, di bagi menjadi 2 kelompok, Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara quota sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji Mann-Whitney. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik untuk laserasi perineum pada kedua kelompok diperoleh nilai p value 0,419 (p>0,05). Kesimpulan: Tidak ada pengaruh yang bermakna antara batuk provokatif pada fase ekspulsi janin terhadap kejadian laserasi perineum.
