The article reviews conceptions to recognize pedagogical practices, elucidating how digital technological elements contribute to education. The study addresses the importance of understanding the benefits and challenges of integrating digital technologies into education, and discusses how these resources can promote innovation and the development of new pedagogical practices? In addition to suggesting, that computer, math software, websites and online tutorials, with this, students can access information about mathematics quickly, making it easier for them to learn and apply math concepts. In this perspective, it should be considered that digital média can be useful when used in a responsible and educational way to build knowledge, because they offer teachers and students a wide variety of resources to use in the classroom. This text aimed to bring a reflection on the technologies used in mathematics class. This discipline requires a lot of dedication and study. In a way, technological resources can certainly be useful for improving the quality of teaching and learning.

Este artigo é um recorte de uma pesquisa de Mestrado e tem como principal objetivo apresentar uma reflexão sobre o uso de recursos didáticos digitais no Curso de Matemática na modalidade EaD da UFPB. Para dar conta do nosso objetivo e dos questionamentos da pesquisa, recorremos ao apoio teórico de autores sobre o tema, como Peters (2004), Litto e Formiga (2012), Pais (2000), Corrêa (2007), Moita (2007), Barros (2011), dentre outros. A pesquisa teve um caráter descritivo e exploratório e foi realizada com onze alunos de ambos os sexos na faixa etária de 25 a 49 anos. Utilizamos como instrumentos de pesquisa uma entrevista semiestruturada (questionário e entrevista online, no Google docs). Depois de analisar o perfil dos alunos, questionamos sobre as principais dificuldades enfrentadas por eles no Curso. Em seguida, indagamos sobre o uso dos recursos didáticos digitais desenvolvidos para essa modalidade, tendo em vista a heterogeneidade dos alunos. De acordo com os resultados apresentados, concluímos que as principais dificuldades enfrentadas pelos alunos na modalidade EAD é, principalmente, a infraestrutura, que não estava adequada para a modalidade de ensino, bem como os recursos didáticos disponibilizados e o acesso à internet. Esses resultados apontam para a necessidade de diversificar os recursos didáticos que possam atender à heterogeneidade dos alunos nesses cursos, dando ênfase às TDIC, a fim de proporcionar uma educação sem distância.
